“We were on our way to Yuma from Palm Desert and our car broke down on the freeway! Our completely shut down. We called a few places and everyone was closed. It was a Saturday afternoon. But Diverse Auto Service answered their phone and the owner said they were closed but his sons were at the shop so he would let me know if they were available to help us. We were towed to the shop and his son helped us to change the alternator and was very nice. We were done in an hour and back on the road to go see my grand babies! His son used to live in Desert Hot Springs so we had something in common. He & his dad are lifesavers! They helped us and were very reasonable with the invoice. Thank you so much for being so kind in our distress which made our experience so much better!!”

“I showed up just before opening time. I saw several people working in conjunction with each other, opening their bays, moving the trucks, and prepping the equipment simultaneously, working quickly and efficiently as one. The work area looked well-organized. Before even talking to someone, I was already impressed. I got a flat tire that was badly damaged and could not be repaired. Unfortunately, they had to order the tire, saying that it would come no later than 1:30 pm the next day. They called exactly when it arrived. When we arrived five minutes later, they had already put the new tire on the rim and had the tire on my car a few minutes later. This was especially good because I had to drive my friend to the airport right after that, so we were relieved that they handled everything so smoothly. Everyone was professional, courteous, and nice. This should be a six-star rating, really. This is a very well-run shop. Strongly recommended. And yes, we made it to the airport on time.”
