I get better customer service at the other post office on California St. There they scan my QR code first and tell me which box I need to send my item to ship out my eBay items. At this location the man at the counter seemed confused and asked to see what I'm shipping. I usually box up my items while I'm there. I asked him at the counter if the shipping was priority mail. Simple question. He then said where to get the box for it. The California St location usually is more helpful and they give me the box I need to use. So I boxed up the item and went back in line. Sisi called me next. I was her first customer for the day. She immediately scolded me "pay attention to which box you are using!" Worst service ever!!

Terrible service!! Packages and letter mail continues to be delivered to wrong addresses. Larger Package mail stuffed into our little mail box opening so that content sometimes gets damaged when it should have been delivered to the larger package box that requires a postal box key. There seems to be a different mail carrier person everyday. Postal carriers continually on their phones while delivering the mail into the individual address boxes. My wife and I have spoken to the postmaster on several occasions about these issues and more. Maybe it's time to privatize the postal service where that business can hire good people who want to work and they care about their quality of work and service. To the United States Postal Service Calimesa branch. I say that you should be embarrassed!!

Have constant trouble getting our mail. Carriers continue to use broken lock boxes so we can’t receive packages. Also get our neighbors mail all the time.

Why do people lie and claim something was delivered when it clearly wasn’t I was expecting a package all day today I even paid extra for it to be delivered today and it said it was gonna be here between 12 and five 5 PM comes and goes no package wait till 6 o’clock it says it’s still gonna be here today at 6:15 and it claims it was delivered to a PO Box first of all I don’t have a PO Box nor is there a PO Box anywhere near my community. I even drove up and check to make sure you fools didn’t leave it at the front office and there’s nothing there either so please stop lying claiming you deliver something when you clearly didn’t deliver it I paid money for it to be here today and it’s not. I should be given a refund now on my two items that I paid extra for ridiculous never have a problem with UPS or FedEx. I can’t stand the US post office. You are the worst delivers in the history of the world, tell your drivers to stop lying about delivering something when it clearly wasn’t delivered. I will be reporting this to Amazon also because I paid extra through them to have it delivered and it’s still not here today.

They really need to allow the boxes to be accessed after hours. I don’t know why I can’t pick up from my mailbox when it’s a separate area and they have cameras.

Dishonest driver stole my wife's birthday gift. Driver drove in front of my house and put front door but kept driving. I have all in video, called the USPS gave me a hard time over the phone.. I went to the usps store they said they were gonna talk to the driver to see where he left the package and will call me back but never did. Very dissapointed.

Post man on Sandalwood comes anywhere between 2 and 7 at night. He puts the mail in the wrong boxes. Today, I got all of my neighbors mail with some packages included. I didn’t get any of my mail and I am expecting some important mail items. I tried calling the post office about 20 times between 3:30 and 5. The line was busy or someone would pick it up and hang up.
