“Our van broke down near Lake Fulmor on our way back home from Idyllwild. I called two shops before this one and one didn't even answer the other said they wouldn't be able to look at our van for a week. As soon as I called this shop, I knew we were in good hands. They were very empathetic and said we could drop the van off that day. We found out our alternator was bad even though we just had it replaced last year at a local shop.
