The store manager Lorraine is great. She always knows how to take care of the customers and gives great haircuts. I never leave the store dissatisfied. I always walk out looking great.

Im making an addendum to the statement below. Management reached out to me to make it right. I appreciate that. Thank you. Today my Son went to sport clips. He didn't know the sport would be rugby. It was a rough haircut. He left with 2 miner bloody spots. The guy that cut his hair, also thought it was cute to flip off fellow co-workers in front of customers. I've been here before plenty of time. It was a good experience with a nice haircut. But if this is the atmosphere now. I'll go elsewhere. Even though it will cost more and be further from my house.

This is the worst sports clip in Southern California. I brought my entire family here and haircuts came out horrendous. The manager Lorraine needs to be replaced with someone who knows how to manage the place. She butchered my kids haircuts and on top of that she was very unprofessional during the cut she was obsessively talking to other coworkers while being on the phone. Not paying any attention to any detail of my son's haircut. Very poor cutting skills and very unprofessional I will never come here again nor recommend this place to anyone.

The worst experience I’ve ever had Lorraine had bad breath and gave my nephew the worst haircut there is no type of structure at this salon this lady is moaning while she gives the haircut why ? She needs a new career
