The testing process is stressful enough but the older lady who appears to be from Eastern Europe is incredibly rude, and has horrible people skills. Probably should not be working with the public. I have tested at different locations over the years in my profession and understand the process of the requirements of proctoring, not bringing items into the room, etc. But patting me down and ordering me not to use the restroom and yelling made me feel like I had been arrested. Luckily I passed my exam but I do feel her creating such an uncomfortable environment did impact my overall score. Just witnessing how the other gentleman working there approached people as they came in was much more professional. I plan to contact management about this individual as well. Kevin she is patting xusotmerd down and you said in your reply she should not be. It was super uncomfortable.

I took the BLS course with Elena this week and I have to say I was so sad when it was over. Elena is passionate, patient, informative and pleasant. Her teaching method makes the course interesting and fun. I will absolutely be returning when it is time to renew!

Very helpful and friendly! They took the time to make sure I understood the procedures and were very patient and kind. Would highly recommend them to everyone looking for a place to get certified for their job or whatever the need is.

Yesterday I went to the Simplex United Business at 3:28 p.m. to conduct business. When I attempted to go in, the door was locked, so I knocked and waited. I knocked a few times,but no one answered. Then, I called and got an automated message. Even on the automated message, they said the business hours are 9.a.m. to 4 p.m. Do not go to this place; it closes early, and there's no message saying the hours changed. Who knows when the actally close, but it's not 4 p.m.!

Took BLS skills certification for the first time here with Elena and it was a wonderful experience. She was able to see me same day and I received my certification right after completion! She was very patient and did a great job explaining all of the procedures and expectations. I will be returning to renew in 2 years!

Took my exam here yesterday and the staff were helpful. The testing center was clean, simple process and well organized. Bathroom policy was interesting due to check in process and covid protocols. If I ever need to test again, I would return to this location. Easy parking, near freeway and places for food/coffee.

The people were very nice, I went three times to take my CBEST test and they were very accommodating. The bathroom and testing area were clean. They have noise canceling headphones so you can concentrate on your test which really helped me. There was a good amount of parking spaces with shade outside as well. I would recommend anyone taking a test to come here even over taking it at home. It was a pleasant experience

I went to this center for one of my certifications. The center is very well managed, quiet with all facilities. A good place to take tests without any disturbance.
