I am writing this review based on a friend who was staying at this Motel. The room itself was okay however, there is a female employee who appears to be from somewhere in a very bad area of Africa and I mean that in the nicest way possible.. She is pure evil... I had a crisis outside and I begged her to call 911 as she stood in the lobby doorway and watched what was going on and she refused.... I had to basically try to run to enter the lobby and make the phone call myself because I had been assaulted, and my cell phone was taken when in a crisis situation... After the sheriff's arrived, she lied to the deputies and told them that I had beat someone up.... I am not that kind of person....Luckily, she's not very smart because it was on a recording and the deputies were able to determine that I didn't beat anybody up so she is just an evil evil human being. If they didn't have a recording going I would have been taken to jail for a physical assault because of her and believe you me I would have sued that Motel and taken them down...She works there probably mostly on the day shift and she should be fired immediately by the owner. I confronted her about why she refused to call 911 for me, and she started flipping me off with her arms she is literally insane.... I told her her job as an employee is not to get involved in a crisis situation, but she needs to be able to pick up the phone and call 911 when asked.... So if you were literally being robbed and beaten to a pulp outside or being stabbed, they are not there to help you.... She called the manager who lives on the premises and he came over and he had refused to call 911 also basically his story was they don't want to get involved and I specifically told her and the manager and he's from the Middle East or something she's from Africa she mumbled gibberish at me and he could barely speak any English at all so that's not great either.... I don't believe either of them are probably legal citizens, but the manager's story was they don't want to get involved and I said you don't have to get involved in a crisis situation but your job as decent human beings is to call 911. Both of them should be fired immediately this happened yesterday, March 13th, 2024. I would not ever stay here even though it's a hundred a night basically find anywhere but this place, although I would recommend you not stay at Motel 6 in Redlands, California either. It's just as bad with druggies and hookers and everybody else I would rather sleep in my car in a park then pay to sleep in either of those two motels.... They should both be fired immediately because honestly I probably could sue them for her lying to the sheriff's deputies about what she claimed to see and I could have gone to jail for it when I'm a decent human being... I have never been to jail in my life and I sure as heck would not have wanted to start yesterday from some complete psychopath lying to sheriff's deputies...
Safety: Safety there is terrible read the post above they would never help you they would let you be murdered out in the parking lot and they would probably dump your body somewhere because they wouldn't want to bother calling the police for you.

My husband & I stay here all the time. The owners are lovely & always very helpful. House keeping is always wonderful & goes the extra mile to ensure we always have whatever we need. I highly recommend ❤️

Hotel advertised pet friendly and kick us out because we had a dog...even a picture on the hotel site with a dog. Would not give us a refund. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone or anything.Noteworthy details: See comments regarding advertising that they are pet-friendly and they are not.

Very nice large room ! Has a table and chairs. It has a Refrigerator and microwave. Underneath microwave is 3 dresser drawers for storage. There is additional storage right after entering the room directly to the left is closet area, shelf /closet pole. It has plenty of space and comes with a few hangers to hang clothing and plenty of space if you have additional clothing to hang . The room also has nice adjustable wooden blinds/ shutters which are awesome. The owners are friendly and are serious about their rules. They also offer/ require room service every other day if you stay for any period of time which is awesome. They serve breakfast in the morning from 6 am-9 am. One last amenity which is probably my favorite is their swimming pool which is open daily till 9 pm. The only request is you bring a towel if you plan on using the pool because the owner doesn't allow the bath towels to be used in the pool area. Thank you and I hope you enjoy your stay.Walkability: Right next door is a McDonald's, Chase Bank and Stater bros. Across the street is Walgreens, Starbucks, Denny's, Carl's Jr, Taco Bell, and Dollar Tree. As well as many other stores within very close walking distance.

Reasonable price, friendly, n clean it's what I like in a room when I'm traveling but the windows could use some curtains at night people could see thru the gaps on the blinds that's if u like ur privacy but over all not too bad I would recommend this place

Went here but wrong inn, was looking for the sister inn. The counter attendant was very nice and helpful
