“What a small business gem this bookshop is! I went to check it out a few months ago and have already been back multiple times! The owner is super kind and her trade in values and book prices are very fair. The shop is very well organized and has had something that peaked my interest every time I have been in. Highly recommend!”

“This bookstore is the bestest and the cutest, specializing in children's books. They have a huge commitment to stocking diverse books - I always find gems here for my son that I didn't know I needed. Staff is incredibly knowledgeable. There's even a grownup section in the back with a great selection of books in a wide variety of genres. Their sticker/candle/bookmark etc... selection is also on point.”

“If your love books, you will love this store. You go inside and just gasp at the amount of books in such a small area. It is organized at the level of a public library; I was told they have close to a half a million books. Our children have a literacy rate here in California at the level of a third-world country; at best. Parents, support this book shop instead of tic-toc, Gameboy, Facebook. You need to step up to the cause of educational development yourselves, because the public school system in this state has failed you !! The young man behind the counter in this shop is an " old school" employee. Great attitude, knowledge of the shop, and an employer that should do anything to keep him !! Wonderful experience shopping here today !!”

“I can always find something good. But I'm vegan, and they still put whip cream on my coffee. Put a little crimp in an otherwise great day. I love bookstores.”

“Not much inventory cause they are bookstore and donation center and recently (that i know of) started selling merchandise. It's kinda small so doesn't have the same capacity but they still do the color day, which is cool.”

“One of the most beautiful libraries I have ever been inside. The facade gets your attention with its Moorish Revival style. I don't live in Redlands, but I love libraries and since I was in the area I couldn't help to check it out and boy I am glad!I wish I had more time to spend inside! The decor is pretty, its windows are one of a kind. I felt envy for the folks reading in this beautiful spaces. The place is big, great selection for books, nice librarians and very peaceful. You felt like you were stepping in a different time period! The grounds are picturesque as well. If you live here, I hope you frequent it, if you visit the area, like I did, check it out! It's a paradise for bookworms!”

“I appreciate this store for exactly what it is...which I think is the key to enjoying this particular Goodwill location as a shopper. Right off the bat, THIS DOES NOT FEEL NOR OPERATE LIKE MOST GOODWILL STORES DO. It's significantly smaller with a limited selection of items. Every time I've been in there, there's been no furniture/larger items, and the selection of items as a whole is small. An assortment of home decor items and clothing accessories, a wall of books, some clothing racks in the middle. That's pretty much it. That all being said...everything available is very carefully curated and shockingly clean by Goodwill standards. The shelves and books are all color-coordinated, and pretty much everything seems to be in very decent condition. It feels more like a small secondhand boutique than a Goodwill, to be honest. Given the size of the space, I actually appreciate that it's laid out this way. It's easier to find things, and the things that I find are usually of higher quality. If you are trying to make a donation...I, personally, would not do it at this particular location. The thing I like about making donations to most Goodwill stores is the ease of it. I like being able to pull my car up to the side of the building and have an employee take the items without too much fuss. From all of the negative reviews on here, it seems like that isn't really how donations go down at this Goodwill store. I would actually recommend the Colton Avenue location in Redlands for anyone looking to make donations in the area, as that seems to be a store with a more standard donation set-up.”
