“Pacific Western Bank is one of our best banks in town. They treat you as a person and not a number. They can do anything that the "big" banks can do for you but in a much more personal and friendly manner. My wife and I have been a customer for a long time and we would not do our banking anywhere else. You can actually call during business hours and they will actually answer the phone and help you with whatever you need unlike other banks. I would recommend anyone to use this bank!”

1540 E 6th St C, Beaumont“I really like the staff here. They know me and are always friendly and kind. It's way beyond my experience with every national bank. There are some big issues in my mind: 1) EDITED AND UPDATED: they advertise mobile banking which was having problems and crazy thing. I complained and MIRACULOUSLY it's fixed! Timing is everything. Thanks Bank of Hemet. 2)the phone service at night or weekends sucks. I don't know what or where I'm calling. All they have said is "in so sorry" and can't really do anything. 3) last year I signed up for a text if they thought there was fraud on my account. Twice in the prior months I've been unable to use my card. Turns out they cut it off because I was traveling. There I am in New Orleans. Friday night no way to pay for dinner. First I'm embarrassed and incredulous as I can see I have plenty of money. Then I have to find their number call, talk to someone far away in Malaysia? Who knows. They say in the future I should receive a text to clarify if I'm making a purchase out of my usual travel pattern. 4) sometimes my account and I still have checks. At b of a they would send a text if my balance went under a specific amount. Alas. No such service. Makes me wish I was back at B OF A. Crazy. I didn't think I'd ever say that!”

“My ex-wife is claiming that I owe back child support.. I came down to this Wells Fargo with a heavy heart wondering how much this was going to cost me to get all the copies of the checks I sent to her with her signature on the back.. the young lady behind the glass, I miss janet, took the opportunity to help me almost over 22 minutes and she was able to get me two and a half years worth of the checks that I needed to prove my innocence. This was absolutely outstanding. And to my shock and dismay there was no charge. I don't come to this Wells Fargo very often because it's in Redlands and I live all the way up in upper Yucaipa. In the future I definitely will. I didn't speak to anybody else other than Ms Janet so she's the only one I would recommend for help. Sorry I don't have a last name for whoever is reading this.”
