Very pleased with the service. Mike fully inspected my SUV and let me know right away any issues that needed to be corrected in my car when I took it in to have my brakes and rotors replaced. Went back and took another car and once again B&M auto repair and tires did a great job getting that car in great condition to be able to drive it around. Thank you so much!

Be careful of this place they are not honest and they try to squeeze the lemon as much as they can instead of of trying to maintain a good name in business. They can afford to do so because they are located off of a highway and can catch victims that break down on the way to Palm Springs or wherever they’re headed to out of Los Angeles. They ended up charging me double the amount of the initial cost they had told me at the beginning it would be 2000 dollars and then when they broke a different part as result of their own repair they refused to fix it unless I would pay them another 600 hundred dollars for a part that only costs 30 dollars and takes about two hours to replace. The father is the owner of the place that works there with his two sons and another two mechanics. He is an alcoholic to that walks around the shop smoking cigarettes and smelling like alcohol when he approaches you. To me this was a very bad experience and I hope I can help whoever else is out there by sharing this review. This place should be avoided at all cost even if you have to tow your vehicle away to a farther location. That’s what I should’ve done unfortunately but anyway the bad karma is on them. Good luck!
