horrible service would not recommend at all . I had to pickup my vehicle from there coming from Lancaster I called one hour in advance and once i was there they made me wait for over an hour to come release my car "because every one had gone to lunch "and no one let me know 2 hours before when i called that they close for lunch and kept telling me that he would be there any minute now , give it zero stars and the dispatch is a disgusting person total b%@*!!!!

They are liars and very slow had a appointment with them to pick my car up they lied and said it was an accident coming to find out the driver said they had made a mistake and booked my appointment later on that day I will never give them business everService: Long distance hauling

Friendly and Helpfulness are not descriptive terms used when associated with tow companies. However , in the most genuine of statements Preferred Towing is also Respectful and Honest.
