This company and Raquel have been taking care of Rental property for over 6 years now. I have always had quick response from her. I would 100% recommend IMC Real Estate for property management and project management if improvements need to be made. Raquel was an absolute professional that delivered results exceeding my expectations. I had rental goals I wanted to achieve and she advised me on what was needed to accomplish that. The upgrades, service managing and projects she recommended were fair and reasonable. She entertained my (sometimes) elementary questions or concerns with patience and understanding.In the end, her hard work and project management landed me the type of tenant I was looking for with the price my house deserved. If you need your property management right, call IMC Real Estate. I can only speak for Raquel, but if her associates are half as effective as her: you'll be in good hands.

After several years of JBL managing my property. I have to say it was a bad break up! My previous review tells my story as this one does too! My tenant vacated my property and left it in shambles! Trash, destruction and even theft of my property. Raquel claimed to have done a walk through and was ready to list my home for rent once again. Well this time I told her that I might be interested in selling it. She quickly offered her realtor reference. I declined and decided to list with someone else. I live about 200 miles away from my property hence the property management company. A friend collected my keys and went to inspect my property. She found a broken window which left my house unsecure, she found several more damages that Raquel neglected to report to me and hold the tenant accountable upon move out. Raquel quickly charged me nearly 1k to clean up the trash left behind. The tenants deposit did not cover the trash, destruction and theft. While JBL didn't have a problem collecting 10% of my monthly rental income they were lackadaisical in properly conducting a final walk through inspection and providing me with a detailed list. Raquel also decided to keep a key to my property after services were terminated. She claims her handyman always has a key. That's understandable, however him entering my home after services were terminated constitutes trespassing in my opinion. Raquel apologized and admitted to her negligence, all well and good! But at the end of the day, I am stuck with the bill! I sent JBL a letter requesting that they pay for their lack of services and of course, they declined. I no longer recommend this company for the aforementioned reasons. It was a bad break up!

Raquel is the ABSOLUTE WORST. She IS as rude and smug as they come. It’s really UNFORTUNATE that we weren’t able to follow through but energy is everything and Raquel is a stone wall of NEGATIVITY. If she is who represents the company Mr. Whitney my condolences to you. She will run your hard work into the ground. She feels that losing a deal won’t hurt her and she may be correct. BAD NEWS travels. I think Robert was exceptional to speak with. Raquel I pray you find some peace in your life to fill that black abyss you live in. Raquel SHOULD NOT represent anyones property because she will be providing a disservice. So adamant about a home we wanted to rent and grow into….. RAQUEL YOU HAVE TAKEN A GREAT EXPERIENCE AWAY FROM US. My wife was nice about it. RAQUEL YOU ARE… UNPROFESSIONAL… RUDE….AND YOU ANSWER WHEN YOU WANT TO… RAQUEL YOU DON’T DESERVE A SEAT AT THE TABLE. No slander… OUR LITERAL EXPERIENCE WITH UNPROFESSIONAL NON-PRODUCING RAQUEL!!!!
