Extremely rude service. Horrible first impression. Approaching the drop off window, no one was there to assist me. After waiting for more than 5 minutes, someone finally came to the window. This person was very rude and did not make eye contact. After asking for my name and DOB, they told me that I had never been there and my address incorrect. I stated that this was my regular pharmacy and she kept insisting it was not. This was very unacceptable and unprofessional. At pick up however, a different employee assisted me and she was much nicer. It is a shame that for one person the entire department looks bad. After this event I will resort to a different pharmacy.
