The service is not good, perhaps because they reduced their staff. They regularly make you wait longer than necessary and serve you in an unfriendly manner. They reduced their hours of operation but the PO Box rental rate continues to rise.

Trash sincerely, I can’t really express the anger and frustration when it comes to sending stuff back through this service. I’d rather have 1,000 times UPS do the job. USPS just demands so many stuff and damn consumption of time unnecessarily.

Very good service, friendly and punctual guidance on parcel instructions, service hours, receipt of correspondence, which goes in the section and is collected with the address when used for parcels.
