BEST EXPERIENCE IN THE WORLD!! ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEEDED IT THE MOST!!
I desperately needed a small storage, that had easy in and out access, AND FOUND IT WITH "StaxUP STORAGE"! It may not be air conditioned, but I found I needed EASY ACCESS more than AC. I went there 2x and found if I went around 10am, before noon, or after 2 or 3 pm it's not so bad. I had great lighting in storage too!
I also love virtual locks on unit! I didn't have to go look for a strong lock! THE PEOPLE THERE WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SHOWED THIS 72 YEAR OLD, HOW EASY IT WAS TO OPEN AND CLOSE THE GATE FROM MY CAR! It didn't matter what gate I used, because their "APP" which "StaxUP STORAGE" employee helped me add to my tablet, directed me to where my unit was.
Another great feature was, I had control of my storage unit by having a personalized lock on my phone, that staff member set up, with automatic Bluetooth. It only works when you touch your stall. It's really easy and lot safer.
EXPERIENCE OF PREVIOUS STORAGE I RENTED, ONLINE WHICH PROMISED easy access, YET I found myself in a large AC MAZE! (now I know how the mouse felt!) I ALSO ended up running around looking for a good heavy duty lock because it turned out the lock i had didn't fit their lock! I didn't unpack the whole truck because the Time ran out (it was taking forever to do 1 small load at a time in and out of the maze!) I ended up leaving my unit closed, but UNLOCKED UNTIL I WOULD GO THE NEXT DAY WITH A NEW LOCK!
That's when i decided to look for another storage unit and FOUND StaxUP STORAGE!!)
THAT IS WHY I APPRECIATE THAT, CLEAN, EASY ACCESS "StaxUP STORAGE" was there when i needed it!
