This location is out of my home field. It's chain store, so when in need.....any hood will do. I have been wanting to add some brown or black to my blonde locks for about a year. Two weeks ago, I finally had the opportunity to try it. Checked that box, aaaaaaanndd now it's time to go back to homeostasis. Everything I wanted was in stock. The indications and instructions on the packaging were SMALL. So small, I had to do the ol take a photo and then zoom in on the photo trick. One of the two nice young ladies working there offered her input and answered my questions about white vs blue lift levels.When checking out, same nice employee ran through the standard Sally, "We are having this OMG special," and "Here's a coupon for this thingy," that Sally has all their employees run through. Bottom line - Sally's is a reliable chain, from product availability to making it feel like a Used Car Lot when checking out. I'll be back.....maybe in a hood near you :-)

The attention was great but I bought this and the box is missing 2 items, 1 Applicator sponge and 1 dispensing spoon... I couldn't contact them because the store closes at 7 ish... I got there few minutes before closing. So gt home and checked the box.

If I can give zero stars of course that's what this store would get!!!! I usually walk in in person but I ordered online and I knew the bag felt light when it was delivered. I ordered 5 boxes of hair dye kit but the store only packed me 1 box!!! Yet both receipts list qty: 5 boxes!!! This is a huge inconvenience since I'm so busy I don't have time to pick up that's why I had it delivered! I called their customer service and was on hold for about an hour! Horrible! The lady had a strong Filipino accent but she was nice. She tried calling the chino location to question what happened with my order and she told me she spoke to the manager and the manager lied and stated she packed me 5 boxes as ordered. This manager has the nerve to even claim maybe the delivery driver might've taken my items which is ridiculous because for 1. the bag was a small bag which obviously wouldn't have fit all my 6 items in the bag. 2nd the bag was security stapled up as it usually is and there are no wear or tears on the bag which means no one opened the bag after the store packed it. It's not fair to blame the drivers as they just deliver and do their part. To whomever is the owner of this location you need to be careful with who you hire, I honestly think they stole my products and I'm sure this isn't the first time they've done this because they felt so confident to lie about it. Never buying from this location ever again!

The manager is always rude, every time me or my mom try to make a purchase she asks if we have a license even though what we buy doesn't require a license to be bought and when we giver her our phone numbers she asks for an ID like if it was cosmoprof or something ,if they want that place to have good business I suggest they change their management or at least try to be polite when costumers ask questions .

Hello. In the past I can't say that I've had the best customer service but last week I was in there and the cashier who I believe was also the manager began asking me personal questions, if I was vaccinated. I don't think it is your place to ask about ones medical history. She lives in L.A, County and stated we must all be vaccinated. I explains to her that here in San Bernardino we do not have such ridiculous regulations. Anyhow- perhaps work on providing knowledge on the product rather than push your narrative on customers. Don't bring that L.A. County crap over here, thank you!

i hope the managers check on this for their employees im sorry but the women w the eyepatch that worked at 11-12 on oct 1 there is something extremely wrong w her to be working there. i called diff sallys to ask if they had silver artic fox, when i called the first time she said we dont have silver but there is a whiteish silver called divine mist, so i looked up the color to make sure its what i wanted i didnt see it so i called back to confirm the name which the person already knew what i was talking about so it seemed like the same person but they kept describing the color so i asked for the name again to make sure she said divine mist again. to make sure i didnt go there for nothing i looked up on the site but it wasnt a color so i apologized for calling a 3rd time which also seemed like the same women bc i didnt have to explain what i was calling about i said i just called a min ago, i explained they didnt have that color & if it was a diluter bc that is not what i wanted i specifically asked if they could read the bottle & make sure it wasnt a diluter before i drove 25 min to that location she said oh no its not a diluter i have it right here & i explained i looked up the color & she said yeah its not gonna be online because its discontinued were getting rid of it so its probably not on their site or anything so i asked again okay before i drive to make sure its a dye not diluter & she says yeah its lighter then silver but its not a diluter. so i ask to save it at the counter & i drive there & she gives me a freakin DILUTER!!! i literally was like this says diluter i asked if it said that & she acted like it was someone else who spoke w her but when i walked in she said u were the one that called right, idk if there really was someone else but she said the other girl spoke to me the first 2 & she just picked up the last call. which doesnt make sense either way bc the same person knew what i was speaking about all 3 times plus even if it was another girl in the 3rd call i specified the questions so i told her that is not what i wanted. she said yeah the other girl said she couldnt hear you, like what???? there was no problem i specifically heard the women say diluter & she was responding to every word i said. she also was trying to confuse me & say well did u look it up & i was like??? i explained that but you said that it was discontinued so it wouldnt be online she wasnt listening acting & trying to change all the words she honestly seemed like she was on drugs it was like talking to a crackhead so i didnt want to waste any more time being as they didnt have it there anyway, what a waste of time & gas sallys check on your employees

I made an online order and the associated that assisted me was not to convinced with the price I had paid. She truly made me feel like I was being fraudulent with an online order I had already paid for. She questioned if I had used points for my order which honestly wasn't any of her business but I still politely answered I had not. She kept checking the items and kept insisting that the color names were not matching the names on the receipt/box. After literally 5 minutes of her scanning and scanning and scanning the products she said it was the correct numbers but the name of the product was not matching and finally gave up and let me take my paid order home. Such a sour feeling to be made felt like you did something wrong when in fact everything was legit, there was an online deal for the items I bought and I used my bank card to pay for them. Definitely won't be coming back here again. Ever.
