I requested a part 2 weeks ago and they brought me back with the supposed delivery date. I spoke today with a person from this same company and he informed me that the part has not even been requested and that it would be better to spend the money.
Bad service and unnecessary lies.

Bad customer service, if you speak English there is a guy that hangs up on you, he don't even try to get you help. This place used to be good back in the day, you have a better experience at NAP never trying this place again, train your employees in a couple of good customer service classes.

Terrible customer service, they make many mistakes when quoting, in the end they end up charging you other amounts, and instead of apologizing and making themselves understood with an explanation, on the contrary, they get angry and get upset with you in a rude way. They tell you a delivery date and they don't comply. I bought here years ago and had a different experience, that's why I came back, however this is the last time I shop with them.
