The reality is that their service at the counter is somewhat bad, they give priority to the calls that the customers present asked for a part and they gave me the wrong one, I had to go to the store to get a credit then return to the office and the price went up about 20 dollars from the price he had quoted me and the person who served me best went to eat and left someone to tell me, in the end I stopped buying, it's cheaper in other places. They must improve customer service. Very fast and efficient warehouse.

I order a part for my car on a Thursday and went to go buy it and they told me that by Friday the next day it would be ready and when I went go pick it up they weren’t even open. They put up a sign that they were in lunch from 9:30am that I was there to 11:30am. I can back at that time and nothing was opened and it was a Friday where they are suppose to be open.
