I found the employees (including the mgr) to be extremely unprofessional and highly lacking in knowledgeability of Crickets policies and services provided. Not to mention, Crickets' geographical areas of service coverage.So I later went to visit the Cricket store in Calexico located in the FOOD4Less parking lot).Where upon entering I was treated with great professional courtesy by extremely friendly & knowlegdeable employees too which I ended up purchasing a nice phone that fit my bugdet.I also have excellent service coverage in Mexicali.I highly recommend this Cricket Store location.I have been enjoying my phone for a month now and I am very pleased with my coverage and no lost calls what so ever. If your looking for an affordable cell phone I highly recommend this particular location.????????????”

“The store is set up very professionally. I called before I arrive. I spoke to Blanca Vasquez and let her know what I wanted to accomplish during my visit. Once I arrived Blanca had one of her coworkers get me started because she was currently assisting another customer. Once she finished helping her previous customer, she finished helping me. Blanca was knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I was very satisfied with the store. Additionally I will return to the store this Saturday to take advantage of a promotion that Blanca offered to me.”
