I bought a sweatshirt as a present, I got the wrong size and I went back again attempting to return the sweatshirt and buy a new one or just do a size exchange. I got the same sweatshirt in a different size, at the cashier the guy checked the store tag and the tag inside the sweater and called a lady (I believe she was a manager) this lady told me I couldn’t return the item because the store tag didn’t match the sweatshirt tag. It was clearly a mistake from a staff member, and still they couldn’t give me my money back. I ended up buying the sweatshirt again, like I said it was a present, so know I have a men’s sweater that don’t fit anyone I know. I think they should put more attention to that stuff, I understand it was a mistake, but the tone of the lady was what made me mad, she didn’t care about the situation at all, they should hire competent staff or at least people who can solve a problem or at least have a decent costumer service for god’s sake.

Worst service. Manager fixed my problem with an attitude. Problem was that i only got my money back for 5 out of 6 items I took to return on a past day. She made me wait a lot, rolled eyes, didn't even apologize for the inconvenience, and then, when i asked for the name of the associate that made the "mistake" she refused. I asked for that name because im pretty sure it wasn't an accident. Finally when i tried to use the fitting rooms she didn't let me inside because they close them 30 min before closing the store, the thing is that it wasn't even that time yet.

This H&M accomodates to the extremely unforgiving Calexico temperatures by providing fans indoors for the shoppers lol. I'm absolutely about it.
