Real review .Park on street check in at guard shack ,was in door in 45minutes. After finished unload guy washes out trailer for 25$ ,right in door.Sweet,then your out.

I never leave a review but this place deserves 10 stars. Some of the coolest hardest working people I’ve met at a receiver. Great attitudes and they offer washouts for 25 bucks. Saves a ton of time hitting two birds with one stone.

One of the worst customer check in on 21st dec 2023 unloaded on 22nd dec 2023 evening, took 2 days to unload and because of that got stuck at California due to Christmas holidays now have to wait 3 more days for reload

Okay place if you’ve ever been to a cross border dock you know you have to wait. Park on the street and walk to the guard house someone will walk out there and grab your Bols they start at 0730 go back to your truck after they take your Bols and they will come out to get you. speedway truck stop is in walking distance has a Jack n the box fast food. You can park over night in the street don’t worry about the signs. No restroom that I saw.

They are not organized at all. I wonder if they come to sleep in office. You will have your lucky day, if they take your load on same day, papers pending, mexican truck not arrived , inspector not here , they have all kind of excuses to delay unloading.Useless company

Has too be the rudest people I have ever met in my life I do not think they speake English all they did was take bills and yell not tell you but YELL AT YOU TO GO WAIT IN TRUCK . I tried too tell them that my truck name and trailer was not on paper work he then YELLS go too truck . I will never deliver too this S^$T HOLE AGAIN . I truly hope they go bankrupt and he has to live under a over pass the rest of his sorry life........ ok here is what happens they tell you too go wait in truck then they send two guys down the line too get your trailer number and truck information. It would be nice if they would explain that too you but I don't think they know how

Canadians Check in here around 7:30-8:00am. Take your drivers licence, Trailer licence plate, Seal number & paperwork when going for check in. You will get a call from them. Park on the Street and walk to the office. Drive safe!

Dropped off here this morning, small little transfer station to take the stuff south of the border, but the staff was VERY friendly and helpful.No this place doesn’t have a big lot to hang out and wait in(a truck stop 200 yards away is good for that) lumper fees are the best in ALL of California, and a $25 washout option that can be added to said feeSince they don’t have on lot parking they come find you, like a little guy on a pedal bike find you(all parking within 400 yards of their building.) we had almost 37,000 pounds of frozen meat and with in 30min we where unloaded and washed out, and within 45 mins of us hitting the door we where down the road.
