Hello today is May the 16th i went in to the store and i left my bag with personal items inside the bag. I forgot the bag. I called 10 times and no one answer. I called again and the phone was bussy . It is 11:24 pm i went into the store at 11:00 pm and the gentlement that was there saw me leaving the bag on tg he counter top by the entrance.. there was no people in the store at the time... it is funny how this guy didnt answer the phone when other people do answer when i have called before.. can management look into this matter please. Il be going for my bag tomorrow morning.. thank you..

Very poor customer service i usally go in after 10pm. Rectally got into a verbal argument with one of night shift lady for accusing my boyfriend of stealing so my boyfriend went ahead an emptied out his pockets in front of her. Felt very embarrassed an humiliated In front of all the other customers i Express this to her an instead of an apology she lettley called me out. I don't know were they find those disrespectful people but its been more then once an with motible female that work there I've even gone to the extreme off down loaded an app called 7 11casherless to not have to deal with them but they are slow with there technology .

This location is great because it's next to the border, right next to it. So you would think it gets a lot of customers. This 711 has public restrooms one men's and one women's (single room) all the way in the back of the store. This store sells a lot of snacks drinks whatever you need. Although people will steal or take half of something, this store is very nice to get things from. Also parking is not the greatest. Has meters for parking.
