Really rude. FYI this is a 'Home Store' not a typical Williams -Sonoma. Although this is not called out on google or Apple Maps. Limped in with a broken toe to exchange some items from my wedding registry and was loudly told across the store I was in the wrong place. No hello, No thank you, not offer of help in locating the correct Williams-Sonoma... very jarring. Update: After going to the Williams-Sonoma at Topanga Mall (were the service was fantastic) we learned that the 'Home Store' could have processed our return but didn't want to. My broken toe is absolutely throbbing after the unnecessary trip to the mall.

Worst customer service and shipping experience I've ever had!!! I ordered a bed from WS Home in February 2022. It was supposed to arrive in early March, and has now been delayed twice. I understand that there are currently a lot of supply chain and shipping delays. However, I have been calling to get updates now for the past 6 weeks and each time I cannot get a straight answer as to where all of the pieces of my bed are or when they will arrive. The most recent customer service representative was incredibly rude - I work in the customer service industry and I would NEVER speak to a customer this way. I will never order from WS Home again and would not recommend it to anyone. If I could give them zero stars I would!!

They are a con! I have ordered 3 times from WS website. First I ordered a knife- their delivery date was 10 days after I made the order. I canceled 2 months after I ordered the knife because never arrived. 2nd time I ordered Coasters they also came 4 month after ordering. Now I ordered a Smug frother. I made the order on November 20th. They have changed the delivery date 4 times. It's March 16th and still waiting. I called to cancel the order. They told me plain and simple they won't cancel my order. Even though they won't tell me if or when they will deliver the Smug Frother. AVOID A NIGHTMARE. DONT ORDER FROM WILLIAM SONOMA!

Beware. I received a gift package for Christmas, the Manhattan Fruitier Fruit Confection and Snacker Gift Tower. The boxes were half empty and everything in it was old and stale. I posted reviews on this item and of course, Williams Sonoma is still selling it on their website, for $72.95 with No reviews posted. I'm sure I wasn't the only one. What a scam!

This has been a very disappointing shopping experience. I ordered thousands of dollars in outdoor furniture and the problems immediately started. I was told the items would ship as they became available. This didn't happen. When I finally did get the first shipment, one chair was missing. It took many calls to fix that issue. The delays continued. When I received my credit card statement, which was billed prior to even receiving the merchandise (so they were already earning interest on my money), I paid in full. The payment posted 1 day after the due date. I was charged a late fee and $110 in interest. I tried to call them and spent 20 minutes on hold and then was disconnected. I called back - another 20 min on hold and then transferred 3 times. They would not reverse the interest charge even though the agent admitted they could have been late in depositing the check. I cancelled my credit card immediately and simply cannot justify ever shopping at WS again.

The customer service at the store has been exceptional. Jennifer is wonderful and has followed up personally about everything to make sure my order was executed in the way that I wanted it to be. She and her team have gone above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommendan to be going back.!!

Crap company. Ordered a gift basket for a sick friend. It said purchase complete and I received an email saying thank you for your order with no tracking and order number. Of course, it never arrived and they said I used the delivery address as my billing address and it didn't go through. Why did it say it went though at check out? Why wasn't I given a tracking or conformation number? Why wasn't I notified there was a problem? They just send a random email saying thank you with no order number and then they don't send your order.

As an interior designer, it is such a pleasure to walk into a beautiful showroom such as the William Sonoma Home store in Calabasas, and be greeted by the most amazing manager- Jennifer Hill :)) Jennifer went above, above and beyond throughout an entire project with furnishings and accessories - it could not have been a better experience!! We were so impressed over and over again, with the quality and availability of the furnishings and accessories -so in love with this line and a big shout out and thank you to William Sonoma Home Calabasas store and Jennifer Hill!!!

I LOVE shopping at the WS Home store in Calabasas. The Team is very friendly and helpful, the selection and little display vignettes are beautiful and inspiring, and the offerings are always changing. I am just finishing remodeling/redecorating my home in Sherman Oaks and purchased all of my major living room and family room items and accessories from Sy at the Calabasas store. He could not have been more helpful and gracious during the process, and I continue to call him for "one more item" and he promptly helps me over the phone, remembering all of my ID, and makes it so convenient. I encourage all of my friends and neighbors to visit and shop at Wm Sonoma Home in Calabasas.... and ask for Sy!... or... any of the other in-store designers will be helpful as well. APW Sherman Oaks

I love the William Sonoma Home store! It's one of the few stores left, with furniture and GREAT accessories! I redecorated my home in the Asian motif, almost all from WSH, and they have the BEST selection of chinoiserie vases, area rugs, throws, decorative pillows, bedding, frames, etc., as well as awesome furniture. I love the Schumacher fabrics that they carry. My sister who has a more contemporary style, also finds a lot to suit her taste! There's something for everyone! More importantly, the service is amazing! Jennifer Hill, the manager, is my go to! She is so knowledgeable, honest, friendly, patient, and goes above and beyond. The entire staff has design experience and are very helpful! We frequent the store often, and whether we buy or not, are always greeted with a friendly smile, beautiful merchandise and great quality!

Over promised and under delivered. Actually they still haven't delivered! Ordered a table mid December that said it would deliver in February. Then got pushed back to March, then April. Now they say it will be June or July! Terrible customer service when trying to get answers. No one seems to know why there is a delay or where the table is. Finally had enough and tried to cancel but they want to charge me for the shipping and taxes! Insane! They have some nerve! They advertised the table would arrive in February and they can't deliver the table but still want to charge me?! Wow

Disappointing. Terrible. Do not count on this company if you want to receive the merchandise you purchased on a date they provide with. I was expecting my merchandise to arrive for my birthday, that's why I placed an order 3 weeks before it. I called them 5 days after and they told me that my order was cancelled but they didn't bother to send me an email. So I placed another order by phone and received a confirmation that I will receive it in 2 weeks. When I saw that they didn't charge my card a week before the due date I called them again and they told me that my order is backordered and it will be delivered in 2 months. This is a very strange way to do business, not a reliable company at all
