I come to this bank whenever possible, as I enjoy the enjoy the ambience and good service of the staff here. Last week all my accounts had been the victim of an online hacker. Fortunately, I'd called WFB and they stepped in just in time to prevent the loss of funds. The next day I went in to unravel this mess. I was assigned to Beni. She took her time and patiently went through each transaction in all of my accounts, to sort out the many attempted transfers and withdrawals before the hacker was stopped. She then opened all new accounts, gave me folders for each one, along with a healthy dose of wisdom on keeping my finances protected going forward. She was a delight to work with. Bright, efficient, warm and patient. When our session was complete, she asked with a huge smile - "is there anything else I can do for you?" Only then did she head out for lunch, which she'd postponed just to finish my case.

Jennifer, who helped me, needs to loose the attitude for no reason to have one. I came in doing my normal deposits barely entering the store ready calling me to be help. Haven't gotten my stuff out to be ready but was still calling me to her window. She asked for the change I wanted and specifically said what I needed 3 to 4 times as if I didn't know what I just said. She proceeded to just toss the money underneath the safe glass. I never had an issue with anyone. Not even when Sam or the other female front desk help me. They both have help me, even gotten my name and wanted to know more. That's customer service. Jennifer if you feel rushed and want to get people out of here. That's not service you are just impatient. I hate to write this review but never in my life I had someone wanted me gone. Sadly won't happen as I my work deposit have to be with Wells Fargo. So you really can't be doing that to customers or business.

I I made a withdrawal and I was missing $1000 dollars. They did the investigation the day I made my claim and the same day they said they closed my case without giving me a solution for the money they stole from me. This institution is the worst. don't trust them.

The staff at this branch are fabulous-- everyone is very helpful and go above the basics to provide outstanding service. The branch manager, Tigran was efficient in providing the help I needed and the Operations Manager worked with me to handle my transactions quickly. The tellers are all excellent! Yanet was terrific in opening a new account. Highly recommend you come here!!

Although this is not my closest WF branch, I drive and do business with this branch especially because of Clara and Beatriz. Outstanding service. Clara (banker) is always quick to respond to any questions and her follow-ups are inmediate! Beatriz was informative and attentive to an issue I had. Couldn't be happier!

Usually there is one or two at max tellers working while 5-6 manager types are working around the floor telling the line "we will be with you shortly".... Would be way productive if one or two managers could jump in and help with cash!!!!! Not just checks. But most people are nice, so there is that.

This is the poorest customers service I ever encountered at Wells Fargo it is the third time in a month that I face the same problem a long line of unhappy customers. Only one teller always the same lady slower than that would be hard to find. Find another brand close by don't loose your time there.

Ms. Beatriz the service manager provided me with excellent customer service. She is very friendly and welcoming. I love coming to this branch because of her! I definitely recommend visiting this branch thanks to her!

One of my better experiences at Wells Fargo , even though had to wait behind 7 people , don't know why never enough tellers . However had a very pleasant professional attentive and kind teller name Valentina , she was great and made it all worth it . She took care of what I needed done and treated me kindly and professionally with sweet smile even though under the mask . After all it's all about the people . Hope they recognize her service .

Started off really excited to start my journey investing in the stock market. Went to deposit money into my intuitive investor account. When I walked in I was greeted, great! While waiting in line I noticed one of Wells Fargo's advisors NOT wearing a mask. When I got to the front the guy could not help me find my account to fund it, he seemed very unaware of what intuitive investor even was. Very disappointed in the service. First and probably last time using Wells Fargo. Just opened my intuitive investor account and now wondering if I should invest through a different dank.

Beatriz Vasquez is the most discourteous banker. Avoid this branch at all costs. I have banked with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and Never dealt with anyone so rude.

Handling Covid terribly. I have tried to go to this bank at least 10 times in the past month and they are closed. It's a bit ridiculous to not be able to deposit or access your money on weekends.

The interesting times we are in. The place had three people in line and 3 tellers, five people at their desks and we still waited. Not too much to say about the experience...average.

Benihyll Almosara was a great help so sweet and kind . Was extremely fast and got everything I needed done with out any problem . By far my favorite banker around . Thank you again so much
