“Unfortunately, I grabbed my box chain necklace with my shirt at the same time to sneeze ? under my shirt. Needed to get it fixed as it was a cherished gift from a family member. Spoke to Pauline, who said she could get it repaired in two days. She was very nice and I believe their prices are reasonable. It was $15 to repair the chain. Parking is limited, but I had no problem finding a space during the week.”

“Best watch I have ever owned hands down!! Have wore it everyday for the last 5+ years and it has seen it all! About 3 months ago I noticed a small crack in the glass which wasn’t a surprise considering the abuse this watch has taken. I sent it to be repaired and the owner jimmy called me personally to inform me of the job scope and that it would be shipped back the next day. He was such a pleasure to talk to! All around, I couldn’t ask for a better watch or a better customer service experience! One happy customer here!!!”

“I took my wife here this morning so she can return the purse/backpack she got online because it went on sale for black fridat so the price was cheaper. We came exactly at 11am when they open to avoid any lines or rush of people. The lady working was very helpful and nice while issuing the refund. She told my wife to take a picture of the tracking number so she can keep track on the status of the return. The store is not that big but they have a decent amount of stuff inside. They had a couple of nice watches and smart watches for both gender here. This store is on the 2nd floor if you never been to this mall before and there are tons of parking here.”

“Came in a little nervous because I've never step foot inside a designer jewelry boutique of this kind, yet my good friend walked us in and we were greeted by a security guard and a host of some sort who assigned us with the amazing Michelle Ku. I came in with the intention of purchasing a single piece (Love necklace) yet I left the boutique with two pieces for my mother's birthday gift. I was nervous yet glad because Michelle not only knows about Cartier product but also understands what a woman would want as a gift of this nature. I told her what price range I was in the market for and she showed me countless beautiful pieces that fit that preference. Basically I needed a woman's opinion and she went above and beyond to assure me the pieces I'd eventually choose would be perfect for my mother! I intend to return here to buy myself a ring by Cartier and I hope the wonderful Michelle Ku will assist me again! I showed him what I wanted to see and he even brought out the rose gold version. I told him it was a gift and he wrapped it up. Nice location and very clean.”
