Truly the nicest people. I would say this is the best UPS store I have ever been to. I was in a rush and both of the staff were so helpful and accommodating. Will definitely try to use this store whenever I can.

I will NEVER come back here and I’ve been coming here for years
I just had the WORST EXPERIENCE
I needed to ship packages that were ready to go
Employee gave me ATTITUDE and was RUDE and trying to RUSH me when I asked a simple question and didn’t even get a chance to respond
I WILL be complaining to corporate

ALL of the guys here are AMAZING! They always greet me by name and with a huge smile. Everyone is incredibly happy, helpful and professional! This is THE BEST and FRIENDLIEST UPS location that I have ever been to! I highly recommend them to everyone!!!

David is absolutely amazing and always lights up my day with his wonderful customer service! David has a great attitude, has a smile on his face, and takes care of my shipping/returning needs with a smile on his face. The whole staff, including Joe and Terry are great too! I always make sure I go to the Agoura location just because of how great they are. I absolutely recommend the UPS store, especially the Agoura location.

Great store. Much friendlier than the last UPS Store I visited. Staff has a strong rapport with every customer. Twenty-four hour access to copy/fax machine. Location is easy to find. Store near food and Starbucks which is a bonus.

This UPS is supreme!!! Everything about it surpassed all expectations. The service was incredible. They are all smiles up in here and so welcoming. There is a parking lot right in front with plenty of spaces. Pulled right up, walked in, and was immediately acknowledged while I waited for my turn. There were only two other customers so everything was quick. The shop itself is very clean, open, and inviting.I can't say it enough- the customer service blew me away. Definitely the nicest and most painless UPS I've ever been to.

Very kind and helpful staff. They have a printer and can provide notarized signatures. Line is never too long and they are efficient.
