DO NOT go to this store!
I’ve never had such an unpleasant shopping experience in my life until today at this ulta location. I went in to get a new foundation and concealer, and I was put in such an awkward situation.
I asked one of the employees for help matching my shade, and we were trying two different shades, and suddenly she said “omg its so weird i dont know where i put the other foundation”. she forgot where she misplaced it and her behavior conveyed that she was suspicious of me. I felt so uncomfortable bc i was just standing there, hoping she can find it so she can help me with what I was looking for. but no. she kept saying “its so weird”. I told her “maybe you can ask your coworker to come help you find it” and she called her coworker and I noticed she whispered something in her ear instead of saying it out loud. I felt so uneasy that I offered to show her inside my bag, and she looked inside my bag which proved that my feeling was right. she did suspect me of something . This was such an unprofessional interaction. She did not even apologies for her disgusting behavior.

Really poor customer service. Probably the ONLY Ulta I’ve ever been to where they don’t offer help matching colors etc. I was directed to a face makeup section I was interested in and was just sort of dropped there. I said “ I guess I’ll try and figure this out.” The girl replied “okay” and walked off. Same when I entered asking about a Mac lip liner. Was dropped there and then the person walked off.

I’m pretty new to makeup, with just a little experience playing around with subtle looks years ago. Seeing I was overwhelmed exploring the store, Anthony walked me through what products would fit the look I was going for, and even did a sample look for me! I’m incredibly grateful for the help and can’t wait to play with my new products at home.

My wife just had a great experience at this location. Tammy was the person who helped us and she was patient, extremely knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. She listened, gave great advice and made my wife feel seen and heard. The store was immaculate. It was nice to see someone be so responsive and interested in their customers' satisfaction in the retail space - GREAT JOB hiring Tammy - she is a terrific member of your team.

Love this Ulta! I haven't gotten any services but the shopping experience has been perfect. Staff are friendly, store is fully stocked & clean, returns are painless, easy parking, and never seems too busy. Best location in the area!

This review is for the salon and it's long but pls read. Let me start by saying I NEVER write reviews anywhere but if I can help someone save their sanity I will. I came here in November and wanted to get full Highlights. I schedule an appointment with Tavga and had no clue who she was and never been to this Ulta before. (I've been to Northridge and one other location and LOVED it) but I took a chance and haha that was the worst decision ever. Again, I'm blonde naturally but have a little darker/almost grey/light brown outgrowth naturally so just wanted to make some highlights to freshen up my hair. She took forever and had 2 clients waiting in-line very impatient as well. And once she was done I was a brunette? I thought it was only the lighting in there + very stressed considering she and her clients were all waiting so I went back home and back home I'm like no this is not okay. I went in there asking to become lighter and she made me darker. So I went back there, spoke with the manager and other employees bc Tavga was busy. And let me tell you no one wanted to help me even though they did wrong. My husband even had to stop by to literally scream at them until they caved and told me they could make it up to me by scheduling an appointment in 2 weeks bc they can't make more highlights now or my hair would break. So we asked the manager if this is free bc they messed up my hair at the first place and he's like yes ofc! Fast forward 2 weeks, Tavga or the manager is no where to be seen just an annoying lady who works there who thinks she's the manager and another older lady who did my hair. And they wanted to put a toner in my hair to lighten it up more and I asked about more highlight and she said "yes sure but that's gonna cost you" haha we literally asked the manager and he's like "no ofc it's free, we messed it up so it's our job to fix it". I argued with her but after hours I literally gave up and let them put in a toner and it was better sure, I could walk around in public but I was not satisfied no. Far from it. They are very unprofessional and they don't know what they are doing so go to another Ulta salon if you want to save yourself a lot of headache. The first pic is after I went there, does this look like someone who asked to be lighter and more blonde lol. And the second pic is from a video hence why the quality is so bad but this was taken a day before I went there and you can see how blonde I am with just a little darker roots.

This was first time having my hair colored and styled at Ulta. I was blessed to have Jasmine as my stylist. She is a master colorist, and she did an amazing job coloring my hair. My hair looks and feels great! Jasmine's hours are very accommodating and she is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to all things regarding hair. Jasmine is also very sweet and funny. Thank you Jasmine! See you soon.

Everyone is so helpful and kind and the store is always clean and well stocked. Tavga does hair in the back-she is fantastic! Best blow dry, color and style ever, every time, she is efficient, professional and kind. Definitely recommend! 10 stars!

I've been going to the Ulta salon and having my hair done by Tavga for almost a year. I am now of the age where I must manage my grays on a more regular basis, lol and I found Tavga and she is wonderful. She takes great care to ensure that my hair stays healthy and I love the shade of chocolate she chose for my hair color. It's very natural and has so much shine. Tavga is a fantastic stylist and all around lovely person.

I come in often and a rewards card member. However, today I felt very slighted by a new employee. She kept staring at me as if she was suspicious of me and then wouldn’t leave me alone after I said I didn’t need help. She questioned me like a cop asking if I’m sure I’m not wanting anything specific (after I told her I come in weekly just to look around and shop randomly). Still she proceeded to badger me about what specific brands am I interested in. She did not have a friendly demeanor and as a minority I was offended that she did this to me and no one else in the store. Customers should not have to say they don’t want help multiple times and be able to shop in peace!
