Service is friendly and efficient, and all I have to say is if you get your tires from them, they take EXCELLENT care of you. I had a huge nail/screw that punctured my tire. I called Eddie up, and he told me to bring my car by, and I was in and out of there in no time.

“I went to Toyota Northridge dealership to have my car diagnosed since the tire pressure warning sign on my dashboard was not going away. Northridge Toyota quoted me $1600 and told me all 4 sensors needed to be replaced. Went to 2 small tire shops and told me the same thing. I went to Big brand tire and they were so very honest, pleasant and professional. I ended up paying on $30 and was told there were no probs with the sensors and true enough they were able to make the sign go away on the dashboard. I knew deep down that there weren’t anything wrong with the sensors because the sign was not blinking which it was supposed to do if the sensors are to be replaced. Anyways, I’m so lucky to have found big brand tires.”
“I had to come in to this shop because of my careless driving, i hit a curb and needed a new tire. JR was super informative of what he could do best for me given that I had scratched the side of my wheel and said that is not something they can fix. He priced me for the tire and started the quick service. Meanwhile I am waiting only 10 minutes for this to be handled, this rude guest decided his issues were more important and cut the line of people waiting! I have to give it to JR and his team, this client came in, trying to convince, I think even himself, that the wheel had been damaged by the shop more than three weeks back, I hear over his tantrum moment. I only write this in my review because it actually took me 10 minutes longer to leave due to the fact I could not be charged out because this man did not want to own up to his careless driving just like I came in for. I appreciate JR and his tech’s for servicing so quickly and their friendly customer service.”
“Wow! Talk about supporting your local. I was shopping around for tires and this man came through. I found MJ Tires through Yelp, called, and Oscar - the owner was quick to answer the phone. I told him I would call him back and when I did, he didn't disappoint. I got to his location after work, and he was still taking care of another customer but immediately after that it was my turn, I had to change all of my 4 tires. We were conversing about life but he didn't stop working and he was by himself! I thought I was going to be there for hours, but he was non-stop. He also found 3 nails in one of my tires that nobody could find. There were no hidden fees. What he quoted me over the phone is what I paid for. That included tires, installation, balancing, and disposal. He didn't ask for any gratuity but I threw in a little more just for the overall experience.
I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND OSCAR AND MJ TIRES. HE IS OFFICIALLY OUR NEW TIRE MAN.

“Great service! Friendly staff. They had to order my tires, I called to see if they were still open and Paul answered the phone after hours to help me. He told me they would have to order my tires and the will be in tomorrow morning. They called at 9:00 am and told me to come on down. I had a great experience and service is awesome!

After searching for brick and mortar store prices near me for Nippon Denso ignition coils, they were really well priced priced, twenty-two percent cheaper or more better anywhere else in the San Fernando Valley and even Los Angeles. “Staff here is phenomenal! Best customer service of any tire shop I've ever been to. Did my tire rotation and repaired a tire for FREE even though I didn't get the tires there. I felt like I was family and not a customer so I decided to give them my business when I got into yet another brawl with a curb. As always, they were kind, fair priced, efficient, and on time. Very happy with the experience. It's obvious to me that the people who work there care about their customers and I can't say what a huge impact that has both on the client and the business. Very impressed and will definitely refer business.

“I had a leaking issue with my 1999 Beetle and took it to Marks because of their great reviews. They did not disappoint! Their mechanics were knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They explained my engine oil leak to me and did not try to upsell me on things my car didn't need. Mark and the other mechanics had my car ready for me that day and for a very reasonable price! They also informed me that one of my wipers was not installed correctly by Valvoline, and fixed it for no charge. I do not know much about cars and as a woman, I find it difficult to find honest shops that don't try to take advantage of you. Needless to say, I will definitely be coming back!”
