We forgot our coats in the closet when we left. Took 3 days of calls, with nothing "found", till we said we need to file a complaint with the police. Then the coats were found. Draw your own conclusions.

I’ve stayed here twice. Overall good hotel if you can’t go with any other options. There are plenty of hotels in Woodland Hills less than 10 min away that offer more for lower prices.
- When I first checked in, I was given keys for a top floor, corner unit. I was told 5 min later that my keypad didnt work and my room had to be switched. I was given a bottom floor, centered unit, even after I had asked for a high floor.
- Parking is very tough, costs at least $15/night, and the spaces are very tight
- Hotel is quiet literally next to the 101 freeway - good luck sleeping here if you’re a light sleeper
- Walls and floors are paper thin; you hear EVERYTHING
- New finishes are very cheap and already show signs of wear and tear
- Elevator is very old and slow and in the middle of the hotel so it’s not exactly easy to get around
Really the only good thing about this hotel is its location. Otherwise, disappointing

I enjoyed staying at the Anza Hotel. They could use a few more luggage carts. Pool is nice. Walking distance to "The Cantina" for good food, entertainment and walking saves parking charges!

Beware of NOISE! I have stayed in many hotels in my life and this one is by far the loudest. The hallways are sterile and acoustic with zero carpet and there are 1 inch gaps under the doors. You can hear people’s footsteps from several rooms away. Children running, dogs barking, music, people in their rooms; you name it and I’m sure I’ve heard it during my stay here. Add to that the staff and housekeeping have ZERO regard for this and will carry on loud conversations right outside your door. I am staying on the third floor and there is someone who will walk down the hallway SINGING every single day. I have been here for a week and have been woken up, kept awake, and annoyed for the majority of my stay. The front desk staff are very nice and the place is clean but none of that justifies the fact that I paid for somewhere to sleep and cannot. Consider yourself warned.

Excellent location. It is just across from the weekend Farmers' Market. Wonderful to walk across for a great community experience. The hotel employees were friendly and worked hard to meet our needs. It is a small hotel with limited amenities. It was impressively quiet, considering the freeway is located behind the building. This is a great place to stay when visiting Calabasas/Woodland Hills.

Room was spacious, comfortable, and clean.
The front desk clerk was very sweet and professional. Even when things were really busy, she was composed and helpful!
Even the hallways were well done with beautiful lighting and solid floors! The hallway was reasonably sized and the doors were what I would have expected in an apartment building!
The couch in the room was super comfortable and an easy place for us to sit and visit with each other! Would definitely visit again!
Regarding the room, the only thing that was a little off is that the coffee pot and lamp were unplugged with the cords hanging behind their respective wet bar so that you could see the cords dangling when you first opened the door. I assume it was an oversight, but wanted to mention as children and pets are welcome in this this facility.
They also have a robot assisted delivery device where if you order extra tiles it will deliver it right outside your door! Pretty cool concept but we did not take advantage of it while there.
We only stayed one night, the only concern I really have is that the parking is open where anyone from the public could get into the garage. Since we have a pretty nice car I was concerned as I did not see cameras mounted in the garage. Our car ended up being fine overnight, and it was nice to have covered parking!

Rooms: Came here for a night and found a hairy washcloth with residue. Sheets, Dining Table, and bed were also lined with hair. We went downstairs and informed the receptionist but we don’t think the question was given any real consideration. She didn’t offer us new towels until after we asked her TWICE, and proceeded to huff under her breath. We understand that working in customer service is difficult, however we were friendly and respectful. Very disappointed in how this was handled, again we weren’t expecting for an upgrade or asked for one, however we expected compassion, common human decency

I booked this place on the phone for a night which they promised it will be $189. They took all my info and credit card number. The day after the stay i found out they charged me $284. I called to ask why they overcharged me no one could give me a straight answer, talked to multiple people on the phone and they told me they will have to review the phone record and call me back. Of course no one called, i called them again talked to Deserie supposedly the manager? She stated that the extra charge was because they upgraded us to a better room. I never agreed or signed anything for the upgrade, they gave it to us as a complimentary bonus per the front desk hostess.
After explaining this, Deserie said she couldn't do anything about it. All she said is she is sorry... horrible costumer service honestly, stay away from this place. They are liars.

The reviews led me to believe that the stay would be enjoyable but it was everything but that. The night that we got there the AC was out - they let us check in knowing this was an issue. The fire alarms kept going off for “testing” at 5am so if you have kids, good luck! They also did not give us a warning about this. We stayed for one night and got a refund for the rest because it was unbearable with no AC.

Had one of the best rooms in the hotel except it came with bugs greeting me in the bed and shower I had to listen to the A/C unit dripping water on the floor all night such a nice location yet the place was highly disgusting I could not sleep because I felt like bugs were crawling on me I would of rather stayed at a lower rated hotel.
