I returned a coke zero because the bottle was already opened. The cashier told me to get a new one, and I saw him place the one I returned right back to the shelf. Nasty, very odd, and he had a staring problem. 0/10.

I would give zero stars if I could. I’ve never left a review before but the way that I was treated here was so unacceptable. I’m pregnant and unfortunately using the restroom can take 5 minutes on average. While in the restroom, staff banged on the door repeatedly and told me to hurry up. Upon exiting the restroom, the manager pushed past me into the room and stated, “If you made a mess then you have to clean it up!” He began examining the restroom. I told him that I hadn’t made a mess, but that using the restroom just takes me a moment. Management then said “2-3 other customers wanted to use the restroom, you cannot take so long.” I told him that I was sorry it took me a moment and that I was happy to buy something now and be a customer myself. This man then told me, “don’t buy anything, go. You just cannot take so long.” So I left. Once in my car, I noticed that this man was staring at me from inside the store. It was SO inappropriate, uncomfortable, and unprofessional. Do not give this facility your business.

This wash and station has great service! The attendants are cordial and they are open all day/night. The car wash is solid. My car comes out clean and fresh, and I do not have to worry about any problems with them taking care of it. Good local spot!

I have 4 cars some vintage collectible. this is the best I've used ever. super cleaning. very perfect. very detailed. all employees including Victor and owner are very nice and understanding of detailed clean freaks such as myself. I have a mini Cooper, 1962 C-10 Chevrolet pickup a 1929 Ford roadster hot rod. I Also bring in my Harley softail deluxe. So clean on bikes too. it's the only play I go. thanks Gary M

What a joke. I came in to get a car wash this afternoon and asked for the standard wash. The guy says my car is too dirty for the regular wash and I "have to get at least the platinum wash". It's not like I came from off-road ing the car is dusty it isn't coated with grime. Anyway 0 stars would not recommend.

Good bunch of guys, very honest. I lost $40 in my car that i did not know about. The gentleman that cleaned my car found it and gave it back. They also do a good job of washing and cleaning the car.

The male cashier that's worked there for years is rude and ignorant. I paid for the silver wash and gave him my discount coupon and he advised, "too late you already paid". He's always been nasty but he's actually gotten worse. Although the staff do a decent job, it's unreasonable to have to wait an hour for a car wash on a weekday afternoon. I won't be back.

My car rubbed the side of a pole. I got a buff and polish, The service was excellent, and the manager assured me they would be able to remove the marks. And she was right!! My car looks brand new! I will be coming to visit this place again, for sure! 5 stars!!!

Not sure why my post got deleted as I am sure the owners daughter had something to do with it. Moving forward. Every time I bring my white Mercedes in, I have to complain about the dust in the center consul. Then the manager has to apologize and apologize and then the guy does the work all over again. Then 10 days later it's the same thing like groundhog's day. Why??? Why can't your people get it right the first time. And the price is way to expensive. It use to be $15 a car wash. I am so done with this place. They charge double the price for regular coffee. I rather go to star bucks for that.

This place has been good until today. My wife and I have spent about $1500 here in the past 12 months on our three cars -- including $45 yesterday on a Mercedes SUV and $40 this morning on our EV. Today the guys didn't use the pressurized air along the door panels, trunk, hood, etc. so the car was still dripping when they handed it back and I opened a couple of doors to take a look. The car also wasn't very clean and I commented on that. The manager came over and told me that they don't use the air hose on the Silver package (they always have in the past and the website says it's part of the package) -- and this is as clean as I can expect the car to get unless I pay more. So if I understand correctly, unless I pay for the Diamond or VIP wash, I should expect the car to still be dirty after a Silver-package Calabasas Auto Spa wash! When I expressed disappointment in the job done he asked how often I clean the car. "Every other week" is the answer -- and the car is garaged every night. But it was a weird question: the car came in dusty and very "cleanable" -- it wasn't like I'd parked for a week under a jacaranda tree filled with pigeons! I wish he would have just acknowledged that this wasn't their best work, because then I'd have hope that next time it might be better. But the pushback makes me wonder if something has changed at Calabasas Auto Spa. As I got in the car he offered to wash it again (I had already indicated I was pressed for time): so maybe he knew it was a bad wash. All in all, very disappointing and time to go elsewhere.
