The car wash is terrible. I paid for the $15 wash and my car came out filthy, even after running it through twice. The car wash is just pouring water and detergent into the ground and isn't even getting the cars even remotely clean. They should shut it down until it actually cleans the cars.

Avoid this gas station if you can, go to one of the others in the area. Went here yesterday 11/19/22 to get gas, I put $20 in but the gas never came out. No gas smell, no dripping from the pump, and my gas gauge didn't change at all. I told the women Anna working at the front she said she had to call the manager. She called the "manager" chip who then said he wasn't a manager and it was impossible for him to help me, called me a liar, and had the audacity to say "cars are like that my bad gas gauge does the same it'll change soon" and then when I said that's impossible as the car is brand new he said "well what the hell do you want me to do crawl into your gas tank?" I came in very polite and the two workers were not only very rude but actually made me feel threatened.

Just ate most of a HotPocket to only find out towards the end it contained mold. Come to find out when I look at the expiration tag it had been taped over twice!!!!! With the original date being 09/07/22 I wouldn't be surprised if I removed that sticker and it was an even earlier date. I know "Gas station food" but come on man, this has to be some type of wrong.

I paid for $10 of gas and heard the noises etc. but after putting it in, my Toyota Prius (which takes $20 to fill up) was still beeping at me that it was low fuel. Just notating this in case it happens to other people.

So they basically stole my money their car wash broke down after I paid for it the guy new it was broken but still let me pay and didnt say anything and gave me the b******* excuse that their system is down this place needs to be looked into

The worst customer service ever! and they were lucky to get my service when the post office was here now I try to patronage here and the male working today at this hour did not want to do his job sends me to chevron for a shell issue waste my time and the chevron workers time Karen. Who was of good help but the same management owns both however the shell worker didn't even try to help me until I wasted time and karen called him. All it was was a simple car wash redemption. I will avoid both businesses for do not want to assist and just give you the runaround!

Today I went in because I had purchased a phone mount that doesn't work for my car. I misplaced my receipt but I had the receipt on my mobile plus I am a regular customer here and the " manager " ( a female ) was the most unhelpful miserable and in a bad mood person. She didn't help and she didn't even bother to explain but she was talking to the cashier who was trying to help but couldnt. They didn't issue a store credit or anything but the attitude was the worse plus while they were helping me a rude woman customer said she only wanted to pay for a car wash ignoring having to wait in line so they helped her disregarding she stepped rudely interrupted them helping me. And one more thing I noticed when I came back home is that they charged me two dollars extra for a postal service and that was not even on the receipt it's two dollars I don't want to go back there and see their face again. It's insane I am glad we have seven eleven on Las virgenes those guys are amazing . But this store has Horrible service and that idiotic manager would not even worry and help others in line. Stay away I will file a credit card dispute. She was also saying I didn't buy the item there wow after seeing the card statement with date and the name of the place. who hires such losers ?

If I could give zero stars I would. Last night at around 7 PM my teenage son stopped to gas up his car and accidently locked his keys in his car. He went inside and explained what happened and asked if he could use the phone to call his mom. He was told no. After pleading with the man he was still told no. So my son had to run three miles back to his work, in the dark and rain in order to use a phone. Have we all just lost our compassion in life. This is a young, clean cut, respectful kid where you could have easily seen what happened and you didn't offer assistance. You wouldn't even call his mom for him or call a tow truck. Thank you, you piece of s**** I hope you are miserable in life and when you find yourself needing help no one will help you. Karma is a b*****
