The company's products and services are truly amazing. Their pre-sales and post-sales customer service is also mind-blowing. The people who work there are wonderful and a pleasure to work with. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I bought my home theater system two years ago after doing a ton of research. It has not disappointed and it was money well spend.Recently, I reached out to RSL on a weekend regarding a repair. No fault of theirs.By Monday, Andrew had responded and a fix on the way. It’s one thing trying to earn business from a new customer but it is a whole other thing to keep a customer for life.I love my speakers and I love the RSL team. Thank you Joe and Andrew.

It's an excellent subwoofer. Highest quality value for sure. I can attest to the superb customer service. Representatives (Joe) seem to take suggestions of imperfection personally. My subwoofer had just gone out of warranty but representative continued to follow up asking if problem persisted. RSL provided complete and much appreciated resolution. Highest recommendation. Thank you, Joe!

FANTASTIC products and even better customer service!! We bought our setup in 2017 and have used it every single day. The amplifier on the subwoofer blew and we are way out of warranty, but they were super fast to respond to emails, allowed us to buy the part and it didn't even come close to breaking the bank, shipping was fast, repair was crazy easy, and we are back in business minutes after receiving the new amp. Another customer for life right here!!

The 1970’s meets 2021. I have a Denon AV receiver that I have been using for my home theater system. Although it sounds great for watching movies and TV shows and listening to music as well, I thought I would like to have a dedicated stereo Hifi system for just listening to music. I was a teenager in the late sixties and early seventies and like so many people of my generation, music was an important part of my life. Everyone I knew had a sound system which consisted of a receiver, a turntable, a cassette deck and speakers. However, a number of my close friends, who really took their music seriously, owned a Yamaha receiver and a pair of RSL studio monitor speakers. At the time and for the money (and at that age money was very limited), RSL speakers were the best you could buy. I remember visiting the RSL showroom and comparing the various speakers in their sound rooms. The obvious choice to so many people were the RSL speakers. So, as you can imagine, to my great surprise and delight, I was excited to see that RSL was back in the manufacturing and sale of speakers. Without any reservation or hesitation, I purchased a pair of CG3 speakers to use with my Denon receiver. Wow, do those speakers sound sweet! So, when I started putting together my stereo Hifi system, my search led me to Yamaha integrated amplifiers because of their continued reputation for good sound and high quality plus my own personal experience with them (they were a featured receiver at the RSL store). To go with my new setup, I decided to go with a pair of RSL CG5’s. I ordered the speakers over the phone with Joe who helped me choose the right speakers. He was friendly, informative and he appreciated my business. The speakers arrived on my doorstep the next day (I live nearby). So, it’s in the details, while unboxing the speakers, I go to remove the protective fabric, when I notice that the tape holding it secure is folded over at one end making a pull tab for easy removal. WHAT THE … ! If they’re putting that kind of attention into the packaging, imagine what attention to detail they are putting into their speakers. Well, I have been listening to my new speakers for a few days now and I couldn’t be happier. They sound wonderful. Late at night, I turn the Yamaha’s variable loudness control knob a little more than half way to -30dB from FLAT and adjust the volume. The result is a rich, full sound that doesn’t disturb the rest of the house. Thank you RSL with your help, I hit a home run. My setup is a Yamaha A-S501 Integrated Amp, a 1970’s Technics SL-D2 Direct Drive Semi-Automatic turntable and a pair of RSL CG5 Bookshelf Speakers. I also use a Topping DX 3 Pro+ DAC for streaming Hi-Res music to my amp from my phone, tablet and computer. Thanks to RSL I’m reliving the seventies with the sound quality of today!

As always, a truly stand-up and standout company! While other companies are taking your money and shipping products whenever or never; Rogersound Labs has been providing updates weekly (at a minimum) during the supply chain issues event. Pairing that with an excellent product, you have a customer for life.

They undercharge and over deliver! They have awesome products and customer service. If you care about audio, you can trust them. I actually think they should raise their prices.

I have a pair of 1986 RSL 3300 STUDIO MONITOR speakers that look awesome and after a little TLC to the pots and Tweeter replacements, they sound fantastic in music and amazing as my main left/right fronts in a 7.2.2 surround system! This is why I'm seriously considering a new RSL CG25 center channel and their 10s Speedwoofer.

Rogers Sound Labs. I purchased a home theater system here and i cant say enough about the system or the support! The owner has been in the speaker/home theater buisness for many years. I highly recomend RSL Speakers LLC for a high end sound system at better than fair prices. Where they shine is not only the quality but the support. If you have a problem hooking up your system or just general questions call and they are happy to walk you through any problem you have. Awesome speakers!
