The pharmacist makes Pantia is the most rude and disrespectful human. I have called in a Z pack hundreds of times for patients. She ends up telling me I should prescribe this to my patient. Since when did a pharmacist decide for the doctor what to prescribe.

pharmacist receptionist is so effing rude. i'm switching my grandfathers medication to a different rite aid because of her. there should be mandatory customer service training for people like that

They don't answer the phone when you try to call. The database is screwed up. They call me eight times a day saying my prescription is ready. The problem is I don't have a prescription there. I have texted them "stop" but didn't do any good still get eight calls a day.

My wife and I had an appointment for a vaccine. when we came, on appointment time, the pharmacy was closed! we never got any call or message to tell us that the pharmacy will be close due to an "emergency" There was no apology from the front counter. we where told to reschedule. thanks a lot.

5 stars is for the pharmacist...they are excellent but if you have any problem i am pretty sure this is for the former staff of the store was closed in woodland hills. I know because I use the suffer this people for long time and they don't understand that in Calabazas they have another king of leader....
