It was passport renewal time and found PostalAnnex+in Calabasas on Yelp. I called and was given all of the information I needed and how to complete the application online and print it to bring along (with necessary things to complete the process). Of course new photos are required...(no problem they're all set up and even show you the digital photo for your approval before printing it! Affordable too)!I was given easy instructions as well as application fee rates, renewal and expediting rates.Within literally a few minutes everything was completed and off and running. The store itself is clean, organized and has everything you need for any type of shipping (including a huge greeting card selection) and a 24 hour access mailboxes. Parking is easy too! I'll be coming here for any mailing or shipping needs and passport updates from now on!Thanks to PostalAnnex+ for making this an easy process!

To the man hiding behind the mask; please learn to have better customer service skills. This was my first time at the store, though I'd drop off since I worked in the area and was going to attend a class next door. I didn't see your counter sign, but the DONT PUT IT ON THE COUNTER TONE OF VOICE WAS UNNECESSARY. And then when I told you it was my first time here, you simply rolled your eyes and smirked. That's when I decided to not waste your time anymore and left. Your working with people and there is far too much hate and evil in the world, don't bring it to work.

I have been a customer of this Postal Annex for the past 5 years and have never had one complaint. Ravi and all his employees have always been super helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I have never witnessed nor experienced any negative treatment by Ravi or any of his employees. Sadly, I have witnessed customers at times being rude and demanding, to which Ravi and his team always responded with patience. I highly recommend this establishment!

If you want to be treated badly and get talked down to, then this is the place to go to. I'm not sure if he's the owner of this business or what but he is beyond rude and extremely unprofessional. I am new to the area and saw that he had a UPS sticker on his window. So I thought they accept Amazon returns. He thought giving me a reading lesson was more appropriate than just kindly telling me that they do not accept Amazon returns. He told me to read my return label and asked me what it said. I responded by telling him it says UPS and he yelled at me saying that this wasn't a UPS store. Please do not support a business like this. I feel sorry for the coworkers that have to deal with his attitude. I had to give it 1 star to post this review but it doesn't even deserve 1 star, it deserves 0 stars. Do not recommend whatsoever.

Guy behind the counter was extremely rude and confrontational as soon as I walked in the store. I asked if there was a problem, and he said there was no problem, but the attitude remained the entire time. I walked out halfway through to bring my package elsewhere. Pretty shocked at the instant rude treatment - nobody should be treated that way.

Trust the reviews, the owner Ravi is super shady. I ship all the time for work and pay roughly ~$13-15 at the OTHER postal annex, right down the street.Ravi charged me $30 to ship a package that would've cost $15 at the Postal Annex five minutes away from this location. He even mentioned that my item was over a pound, however the scale clearly showed 0.65 lbs.Since this was the only location open at the time and I was crunched for time, I bit the bullet. But I highly suggest you take your business elsewhere. I sincerely hope Ravi loses this business soon, so that he stops scamming people.

I have not been a customer for even a month yet, but the Owner, Ravi, has shown how utterly rude and obnoxious he is. What’s worse is that he lured me into a 2 year contract with discounts, not letting me know that it is non refundable. Stay clear of this place.

Do not EVER send a valuable UPS package through Postal Annex.If you paid to insure the package and you have a claim, the shipper is Postal Annex and you will have NO way to claim directly with UPS if they fail to deliver!! Postal Annex is NOT a UPS office. They are a third party. Had I known any of this would have happened, there's no way I would have used Postal Annex.I sent three paintings to North Carolina in one package, and only two arrived. If that wasn't bad enough, Ravi in Calabasas had an awful attitude with me and refuses to cooperate with my claim. "I'm too busy to do this." He owes me the UPS settlement funds, and refuses to return my phone calls. I contacted Zak in San Diego, Postal Annex's headquarters and he was horrified with my story.

Owner is rude, unprofessional, and tries any which way to charge extra above and beyond yearly fees. Angry short tempered owner who lacks basic customer service skills. Do not recommend.

Terrible Service!!! Stay away from this place. I give this dump zero star if possible. The owner Ravi was beyond rude. No customer service skills. Messed up our notary instruction twice and charged me both times.He refused to sign a document needed by a notary after charging both times. Greedy character with no ethics.
