So disappointed. I have taken one of my 2 cats here before and had no issues. I like to have my cats' nails clipped and to bathe them occasionally and since I don't have a tub and just a shower, it made sense to take them to a professional. However, today I took both of my cats in. My first cat was fine upon pickup. However, my second cat was a wreck. I knew that she might potentially have a bad time, but I shower and clip her nails (she even lets me blow dry her) so I thought it'd be ok. However, my cat was not washed. She had wet herself there and smelled strongly. Her nails were also not clipped at all! What did I pay for?? Apparently nothing. I had to do everything myself when I got home. If my cat was too much, the employees could have informed me they could not work on her and I would have picked her up and understood. However, all the commentary I received was that my cat was bad but she didn't bite anyone. Will not be returning.

When our mobile groomer went to raise their prices again, we headed to Pet Wash and we couldn't be happier. It's always easy to get an appointment and when we take him in at opening, he's always done quickly in the time they mention. Plus he looks so great! For less than a third of the price, they do nails, brush his teeth, do his ears and he always leaves happy.

nonni has been grooming my standard poodle for a year now. He loves going in her business and he wouldn’t if he wasn’t treated well. Only place for us!❤️❤️

Noni is an absolute Angel! She helped me last minute in an emergency situation with my little 4 pound/12 year old toy poodle Teddy! I had called everywhere & no one was available or willing to help & I called Pet Wash right as they were closing on thanksgiving weekend, & she stayed late just to help him/me. I am truly grateful & it’s so nice to see that there are still some really wonderful, & caring people in the world!

Easiest way to bathe your own dog. Everything you need to do it is there for you and the tubs are raised so you don't have to bend over!

Friendly staff/owner. They were super sweet to my 2 dogs. They told me it would take about 3 hours, but they were done after 2. That was great, because my dogs stress out at that vet and groomer especially if they're stuck in a cage for hours (which they weren't). Will definitely be going back

I've been taking my dog here for a couple years and it's hit or miss. Today we took her in for a bath and haircut. They asked if we wanted her usual and we said yes. Then she comes out not only completely shaved, but with her head almost untouched. She looks absolutely ridiculous and I hate when we are not asked or at least informed if she is going to be shaved. I'm very upset and will not be coming back.
