“I went to Toyota Northridge dealership to have my car diagnosed since the tire pressure warning sign on my dashboard was not going away. Northridge Toyota quoted me $1600 and told me all 4 sensors needed to be replaced. Went to 2 small tire shops and told me the same thing. I went to Big brand tire and they were so very honest, pleasant and professional. I ended up paying on $30 and was told there were no probs with the sensors and true enough they were able to make the sign go away on the dashboard. I knew deep down that there weren’t anything wrong with the sensors because the sign was not blinking which it was supposed to do if the sensors are to be replaced. Anyways, I’m so lucky to have found big brand tires.”
“Moses was extremely helpful in rebuilding my 2005 Chevy Colorado engine. The engine was rebuilt quickly despite Moses having to source multiple parts (crankshaft, connecting rod, and oil pick up) in order to complete the rebuild. Thank you Moses for a great rebuild, and for working with me during this stressful time; although I can’t imagine there’s ever a good time to loose an engine! I’d definitely recommend this shop to friends and family; especially if you value precision and quality. Thanks again Moses!”

“First time customer... Easy to make the appointment for my 2014 Ford Expedition. Drop-off was effortless. Good communication with what was needed, and the prices were fair. Pick-up was easy, and I was on my way. I will be bringing my vehicle back again for ongoing service. I will also be bringing in my 2003 Ford Expedition for its first service at this shop. Yes, I have old school vehicles (10-plus years old and no car payments) and this shop seems well equipped to handle my needs. “A few days ago I went to oil changes for an oil change and to check out some fluids that were leaking from my car that looked like oil. We are taking the car on a trip and needed to be sure it was safe. They checked it out very thoughly I was so happy and as it turned out it was my transmission. The two guys that helped me were both named Jacob what a pair these two were I never felt so well taken care of ! Now we know what to do instead of chasing down theories. I highly recommend this place and of course these two Jacobs God Bless them! ❤️??”
“My camper van fuel pump went out on the weekend, and I had my animals in it with me (on our way to the beach). This shop welcomed my towed in van and had the repair done before noon on Monday! Didn't try to gouge me and offered excellent vehicle maintenance advice for keeping my camper van on the road without extraneous mechanical issues. They're my go-to repair shop. You can't go wrong--they're good and reasonable.”

“I have worked with Shortees for over 20 years. Mike is the owner, and his wife Shannon is the office manager. They are the best shop I have had the pleasure of working with in Simi Valley since moving her 25 years ago. It is hard to find a quality service business of any kind where you know you can trust them, and they have earned my trust so many times that I would not consider going anywhere else for non-warranty work. But here is the best part: If Mike is aware of a service bulletin on your vehicle which you are asking him to repair, he will first send you to the dealer to ask them to take care of it. He has done this for me twice, without my asking, and he saved me $Thousands as a result, while other mechanics will simply do the work and charge you for it. I have not met anyone in the automotive industry who is as honest and trustworthy as Mike and Shortees Automotive!”
“Staff here is phenomenal! Best customer service of any tire shop I've ever been to. Did my tire rotation and repaired a tire for FREE even though I didn't get the tires there. I felt like I was family and not a customer so I decided to give them my business when I got into yet another brawl with a curb. As always, they were kind, fair priced, efficient, and on time. Very happy with the experience. It's obvious to me that the people who work there care about their customers and I can't say what a huge impact that has both on the client and the business. Very impressed and will definitely refer business.
Also, bonus points for lifetime warranty on the tires. Especially since curbs and I often don't see tread to tread.

But, they couldn't order the part until Monday because it was Saturday afternoon. They advised me that a parts store had the part I needed. They even let me use a car of theirs to pick up the part and bring it to them to install.Everything was done clean and well! Recommended!”

“Got in, they let me know upfront there would be a bit of wait. Guys there were super cool and got me out of there faster than I was told and topped up my washer fluid and air in the tires. Overall great. Only thing I can think of is they didn’t have change for me to pay with cash but that’s kinda the norm in most places now.”
