“overall I think your pharmacy is pretty great. However there is one lady at the checkout who speaks with a foreign accent that is very rude in speaking to customers. Not only to me but I have heard this from other people. Michael is an outstanding tech. He is always polite and answers any question . If he doesn't have the answer he will find out no matter how long it takes him. I have been dealing with Michael for a few years now and he hasn't changed from the time I started coming to the Rite Aide pharmacy until now.”
“Made an early morning trip to Walmart and found my Ripple milk by accident at a steal of a deal when compared to Whole Foods and even target. It was really nice visiting on the morning and felt like I had the whole store mostly to myself. This store has everything you need and then some. Great location with an In&Out burger across the parking lot and a Burlington a few stores down”

“I came here to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist is nice. Gives clear and concise instructions. The store is organized and some aisles is empty. Plenty of snacks, alcohol and the likes to choose from. Sales associates are courteous. They do have an Amazon locker. Cool!!”
“This is a fine drugstore and a fine pharmacy but I wanted to write about what happened today. I realized in the afternoon that I had lost my wallet yesterday afternoon. I called the store and they had it in their lost & found. What a relief! I just picked it up with all the contents intact, including cash and credit cards. I must have left the wallet on the pharmacy counter so it is the personnel there and in the drugstore that must be commended for their honesty and the best business practices. Thank you!!!”

“I was waiting in the line at Walmart. There was a customer ahead of me and the clerk explained to him that the roller on the check out counter is not working, and clients had to put merchandise manually closer to the scanner. The customer angrily throw his merchandise on the clerk's counter and behaved inappropriately to show his anger and dissatisfaction. On the contrary, the clerk "Orlando" was calm and smiley, and did his job professionally. He was extremely professional with this angry client. In fact Orlando thought him and many others in the line a good lesson by responding him nicely. He treated this client with passion and similar to others like nothing happened. We all saw what happened. I was waiting for an argument, incident, or some kind of reaction from both sides. But Orlando was very well trained and professional. His well behavior and professionalism is making him eligible to become an employee of the busiest month of the year. Happy Holidays! (The customer in the picture is not the angry customer, I took the picture later after I paid, and I spoke to Orlando and the manager later, and I wanted him to know that, we saw the incident, and we admired his professionalism and reaction toward that client). Thank you Orlando. You showed us respect!”
