I purchased my Certified 2020 C300 from the Calabasas dealership but must say, I am very disappointed with the service. The purchase experience was great and during the inspection of the vehicle, I pointed to the wear indicator on the windshield wiper showing they needed a replacement. Odd they didn’t do this prior considering it’s supposed to have gone through inspection. I was told no worries, they would order some and I could come back to get them replaced. I went back on my own dime as instructed and was told they didn’t have them in stock. Again they would order them now shipped to me. I have yet to hear from them and unfortunately, they have ghosted me. While I understand they are just windshield wipers it's not acceptable that I have had the car for 2 months now and I've seen nothing. This is Mercedes Benz after all and I’ve been pretty loyal to the brand but this dealership has left a sour taste in my mouth over some wipers. Not sure if they are just being cheap or what but for Mercedes and a certified car this is completely unacceptable. Alex the salesman told me via text that he was taking care of and in the last text he even told me that there was shipping that day and he was going to provide the tracking number but it never happened and as mentioned he ghosted me. Regardless of what the service department is saying the wear indicator is there for a reason and was missed at inspection. At this point, I'm not confident about bringing my car into Mercedes of Calabasas for anything or even purchasing another car from them for that matter. I’m extremely disappointed and very upset. It is very hard for me to understand how can a dealership with a supposed good reputation would drop the ball for a simple pair of wiper blades. I’d look elsewhere for your next Benz because after the sale customer service and experience were not good at all and if they are willing to not replace that during inspection what else did they not do?

I reside in Woodland Hills, making this dealership the closest, but Jasmine's entitled behavior, unacceptable service and arrogance will lead me to another Mercedes dealership. Prior visits to Calabasas were marred by overpricing, inadequate work, and rudeness, prompting me to relocate my business.
