The team of Amber McInturff, Nick Minchich, Racel Dizon and Rico Pacis went way above and beyond the call of duty. No less than 24 hours from the time I uploaded my final condition, docs and funds were sitting at the title company. My borrower was an Orthodox Jew who was preparing for a festival on a Wednesday evening that would prevent him from closing until the following Monday. The seller would not have allowed a 5 day extension.
When I brought it to Amber's attention on a Tuesday afternoon, she took it from there.
It was an example of unbelievable service when I needed it most. Thanks to you all.

Mega is great to work with. Jeff Bartley is very responsive as well as his teammate Devina. They will work very hard to get your loan done from start to finish. They are very competitive on rates as well.

Just a quick note of a great success I had with MEGA through Rob Anrud. Rob works more like a partner than most in helping with everything from tax analysis and UW scenarios to dissecting issues, and in this one particular case, he pulled a rabbit out of a hat. MEGA is converting a turndown from another lender, one I seriously thought was going to be a major challenge. But he believed in the loan and fought for it. We will be closing later this week. Thank you Rob! :)

We needed to pivot on a purchase close and John McCully/Team came through with a super quick close and top notch customer service. This was our first deal with Mega and we could not have been more impressed. Rates are stellar, email responses are quick (from all team members) and my underwriter picked up the phone. Customer service representatives do not help and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. She refused stating....blah, blah, she did not have an answer. So Mega Capital is in serious need of customer service training issues, refusing supervisor assistance, or even a call back is REFUSED!

Trash mortgage company. They just need your money. Never helpful in resolving any issue. You have to wait for years for your issues to be resolved. And the worst part is that their representatives never update completely about your account neither they write complete notes on your account resulting in you have to explain everything from the beginning to every representative whenever you call them regarding your problem. And their representatives keep on transferring you from one department to another ending you up to the first department that you called and than you have to verify and explain again everything to that department. What a frustration. Never ever recommend this company to anyone ever. Their mailing system is really very slow and poor. Their email system is terrible. They never get back to. You have to call every other day for your issues to be resolved.

Kept asking over and over again for documents during the lending process and when I called to set up my mortgage payments the person I spoke to acted like he could care less about helping me set up the mortgage payments. This company sounds shady already ……

Had the pleasure of working with this lender on a recent transaction, and can say their communication skills, efficiency, and professionalism are huge highlights for me. And as a title processor/agent, i don't hand out compliments to lenders often.
