I have been ordering supplies (remotes and transmitters) from Mega Access Controls, Inc, (aka AAA Remotes) since January 2005 and they are the best! They are the best in terms of taking care of their customers. Their products are shipped promptly. Most recently I ordered some remotes that did not function properly and had to return. Susan was very friendly and efficient in taking care of the return and immediately credited my credit card. Mind you, this is the first time I had an issue since 2005 as I had ordered items multiple times over the years. I appreciate how I was treated and their prices are very reasonable

This place had the controllers I was looking for at a very reasonable price. The staff were helpful once I got to the location. The reason for the 3 star is that it is almost impossible to reach them by phone. I tried calling them 3 times and each time I got a recording saying they are not available to answer the phone. I finally showed up to the store and called right before I went in got the same recording but when I walked in there were 2 people working and no customers.i was a bit confused but I was able to buy the remotes I needed so it worked out at the end.

This place is a total scam. They advertised a garage part that was extremely difficult to find online. I wanted a part that was "Made in the USA" which is what was specifically advertised on their site-every other site had the same part but "Made in Mexico." I paid a more expensive price for the part thinking it was a better quality product. I received the part-lo and behold it was the same "Made in Mexico" part all the other sites had! I paid more for the same part that could have been purchased on Amazon for 1/3 of the cost. When reaching out to their non-existent customer service, it took 5 days to get this response: This is the product direct from Genie company. If it will not fit your needs, you may return for a refund. Thank you. No "I'm sorry" - nothing. 5 days to receive that canned response. If there is an issue with your order, you will be on your own. I would avoid this company at all costs.

I've been a long a time customer and each time the experience has been excellent. They have the best prices plus their customer support is top notch, they clearly know the industry and always give you the best possible advice before making a purchase. I would recommend your company without reservation to anyone looking for garage door related items.

Whoa... I'm so happy I found these guys... I anticipated my experience with them would be like the wild goose-chase I dealt with when I called other companies for an estimate. But it was quite the opposite. I had to speak to only one rep, who was very helpful and patient, and helped me get exactly the remote I needed without any games. I could not have been happier with the service I received.

My co-worker recommended Mega Access and I'm glad she did because I had no idea how to deal with my crazy garage door. The whole issue was resolved so quickly and I was so grateful that I wanted to come share that I had a truly great experience with their customer service ;-)

I found this company through searching for a garage part (wire) online. I searched for 2 weeks and could not find what I needed for a reasonable price. I will say that after reading all of the reviews, I was skeptical however I needed to find the part locally. Their website stated they had a retail location, so I decided to go in. Turns out, that it is in a small strip mall with other businesses, but they are not all retail. I did go in and speak with Susan, who is the sales manager. I was looking for a cover and black/white wire for an older (96) opener. I was looking to match the old wire to the sensor. I had to order them as they were not in stock. I waited a few days and picked up the order. To my dismay, the lens cover was not correct and the wire was red/white although the picture from the manufacturer was black/white. Susan offered to exchange the lens cover for another option in the catalog. I took the wire figuring that I may not have a choice but to use the red and continued my search. I called the manufacturer to find out the part was discontinued. I did find a few options online, but the shipping was more than the part and I did not want to pay the enormous prices. A few days later, the new lens came in and I went back, although Susan offered to ship for free, I did decide to return the red wire and just order it online - not happy with that option. Well, to my surprise when I got there, she had a black/white wire she noticed from the back and offered an even exchange. I will say, I definitely got a bargain as the red wire was 25 feet and the black was over 50. As for the lens cover, again it was the wrong item. Susan returned the item and I received a refund. We were both a little dismayed since the catalog for my model/year was both those options and neither were correct. Susan requested I send her pics of the lens cover and she would research to see if she could locate one. Here's hoping that lighting strikes twice here.

I have to say I was hesitant about going to Marwest, because of the negative reviews and comments I found against them online. In the end, my needs and finances decided to give Marwest a shot. I reasoned that buying from their storefront in Calabasas was better than ordering from someone else online. Marwest had the part I needed, and the price was lower than anything I found online. I called this morning, explained what I needed, and the woman there was very pleasant and professional. Then I drove out there, asked a few questions, and discovered the part they had for me did not match what I expected. Still they explained that the new version of the control board I was looking for has a "universal" build, meaning I can work for all Eagle Gate Operators. Since the gate installer I usually hire for troubleshooting our sliding gate wanted more than TWICE what Marwest was charging, just for the board, I decided to take a chance. A gentleman there at the store called the owner to confirm that the board they were selling me would work with my model of gate opener, and work it DOES! I am very pleased. I imagine the negative reviews I found online were old (most are from 2009 or earlier). Or, perhaps in light of those, the company now makes a real effort to improve. All I can say is my experience was very positive. The store is clean, they clearly know what they're talking about, the prices are competitive, and the circuit board works beautifully. Your mileage may vary, but AAARemotes / Marwest is ok with me.
