im not only in the process of suing this company but im also reporting them to the ftc! they messed with the wrong person!!! do not use this credit card processing service! the are a complete fraud! my account is closed but they refuse to return my own money tgat they pit into a reserve account. about $5k is being stolen from my very small business. i have zero chargebacks & zero refunds processed. there customer service is horrible & i cant get a hold of a real person. when companies refuse to let you speak to someone in the risk department, you know they run a shady business. i will never do business with them again. they are scammers! ive asked them to provide a reason or a timeframe of when they will return my money. they never respond with an answer. im going to get an attorney & sue them for not returning my own funds!!!! worst customer service!!! before these morons respond to this message, because they will try to cover their asses so they don't look like the scammers that they are....... i've only had my account w/ them for 3 months. i've only made about $30k and have had only 3 chargebacks. 1 for $94, 1 for $75 & the third i actually won the case because customer was trying to steal products & still file a chargeback. i provided proof on all 3 chargebacks. i'm not a high risk customer, nor do i make a lot of money. i'm a very very small business & some days make $0. these people have stolen $5,000 of my hard earned money. money i need to survive as a small business. shame on them for treating businesses like this knowing what a difficult time we had during covid and barely surviving now!

Best Merchant account/Best peopleThis is the best merchant account you can have. Steve Lane who is amazing and answers his emails fast and always kind a thorough is one of the reasons I love this company. It makes you realize how important it is to have someone to go to when you have an issue or even a pressing question. He is literally always prompt as well as anyone that answers a ticket you open, They are always kind, always fast and always fair. I love these people.

Not sure about other peoples issues, but after switching to Maverick from our longtime (10+ years) processor a couple of years ago, we've had zero problems. We always had good rates but when we needed to find a new processor, Maverick came in better than the others by far. Our old merchant services contact was trying to broker us up with another firm, but when he heard what Maverick quoted us his response was that we were paying less than the processor HE was trying to hook us up with. 10/10 stars would recommend. Also, it looks like alot of the negative reviews are from Adult Services sites, we sell glass art.
