We looked at Robins Bros and Jarrod's... you really can't compare a jeweler like Mark to one of the chains. He is a craftsman and knows what he is doing. It shows in the details.

14 years ago for our 30th anniversary my husband’s gift to me was to reset my diamond engagement solitaire ring . I could select any setting I wanted . At the time we lived in Minnesota. We went to the best jeweler there and happened to run into Mark Silverstein who was showcasing his designs. Instantly I fell in love with the Madeira in rose gold and white gold. That was it ! Wasn’t interested in any other designs. Wherever I go in the world I receive compliments. I never take it off, even while fishing, gardening or crafting . A few years ago my husband added another wedding band , design is Gaya. My original wedding band and the new one now make my set complete. Mark is a pleasure to know and to work with. This was the happiest purchase we ever made. Makes me smile every day.

I had a great experience working with Mark. I’m not located in California but Mark was able to help me select a stone and made the exact setting I was interested in via phone/email. He was responsive and had excellent communication throughout the process. He also provided me with fast overnight shipping and an appraisal for insurance. I would highly recommend working with him. Make sure to plan in advance as the process can take some time for a custom ring. For reference , the setting pictured is the Rioul in white and rose gold—compliments are coming in already !

Had an absolutely amazing experience working with Mark and Jan! They designed the perfect engagement ring for us. The diamond quality is excellent, and they were very responsive and flexible throughout the entire process (even being able to deliver under short notice). The whole experience felt very personal and tailored to exactly what we had in mind.They were also very diligent and attentive during the shipping process, ensuring the ring was delivered safe and on time.I would highly recommend MSI and will be going back for all future jewelry!
