This is one of the cleanest and not crazy busy places to do laundry. Even though they recently increased their rates, they are still reasonable, and the variety of machines is adequate. Some of the dryers don't work as good as I'd like, but perhaps that is a maintenance issue?

10 years ago my son and I moved to a new house in the valley. The people we purchased it from were supposed to leave the fridge, washer and dryer...but they changed their minds. It was okay but I needed to go to the laundromat...(and we used a mini fridge for a while). I visited many different laundromats over the next month and the laundry took forever to dry (I found out most intentionally do not clean the filters so you spend more money). Then I found Malibu Laundromat! There is plenty of parking in the back, it's spacious and spotless. They have an on-site manager and everything washes and dries in a flash. I went there for a few months until the laundry room and appliances were installed. I actually missed getting five loads done in a less than two hours (lol)! Jump cut to the other day. I wanted to wash a king sized duvet and down comforter...and I knew those wouldn't work in my machines. I knew where I was going to get the job done so I called and spoke with Garrett the on-site manager (glad I did because the coin machines only accept cash) and headed over.Garrett helped me choose the right sized washers and dryers, settings and just about any other questions I had! (Thanks Garrett!)Within an hour everything was spotless and I left...smiling... for under $12...in a relaxed environment...mission accomplished!P.S. They even have a drop off service!

Does what it promises: clean laundry. Has extensive opening hours and $2.75 per machine is common and reasonable.

Finding parking is convenient at this laundromat, as they provide plenty of parking spaces in both the back and front. When it comes to machine options, I believe they have 3 different sizes to choose from.One of the biggest issues I found is that they do not have any staff available to assist customers and I also don’t prefer to use coins as payment, especially when I’ve been to other, more modern laundromats that offer the convenience of a credit card payment. The cleanliness is good, but it would be great if there were staff members present to answer any questions that may arise.Another thing, unfortunately, during my visit, the restrooms were closed because of "misuse" which was quite inconvenient.Lastly, the dryers are terrible, even on the highest temperature setting, they barely generate enough heat to effectively dry my clothes and I ran it for over 30 minutes.

I'm using my phone to do this review, so excuse any errors or typos. Parking is super easy as they have a lot in the back or in front.They have several different types of machines to choose from. However, there is no one here to help you if you need help with anything. I also don't love the idea of using coins as some of the more modern and updated laundromats Allow you to use a card.It is clean, however, there is no one here to answer any questions and the restrooms are closed, which is why I give it three stars. Also, they only have two of the oversized machines.I had to change my review because the dryers are terrible. They barely get hot on the highest temp.

Nice place and parking is great. Downsides are that there aren't enough big washers and something in the washer ruined some of my clothes, like a razor/something sharp. Luckily the damaged things were things I didn't mind too much about.

Came here a few times while visiting Malibu in our RV. Not super fancy but the machines work well and I felt safe. Management are good people. My young son lost his wallet there and 4 days later management called to tell me someone found his wallet. We went to get it, not expecting any of his money to still be in it but all his money was still in the wallet! Pro tip, the tacos a few doors down are amazing. Do yourself a favor while waiting for your laundry and go get a taco.

I do like this place. Generally clean and quiet.But just as a common courtesy note: there are only so many large washing machines, like about 10 or 12, so coming in an filling every single one of the large and extra large machines like it's your own private laundromat that you rented out for the day soley for your things, is pretty rude. You come late and no ones around, sure, middle of the day or evening after work, total dick move. And she was just like "yea I just filled em all up"....like no big deal if her to have done. You need to leave at least one for someone else to use. Everyone has laundry. Most people also have to work. If you have to split it I to two days then that's what you need to do so as not to monopolize every single larger load washer all at once. I'm so pissed right now. I don't even want to be here doing laundry or writing this....I just want to get my shit washed! But some people think they own the entire world so they only think about themselves. It's a small laundromat! Have some common courtesy!

Gross! A place where you clean your clothing/ bedding should be kept clean. I have been to this laundromat several times now. the first time it was a long time ago and it was clean. recently the owner is never there after around noon or 1pm and the place is dirty. if this is your business than you should stick around and 'work' and keep it clean!! who wants to wash your clothes in someone else's dirt?! yuk!! and if you drop your clothing on a dirty floor like this you will have to wash them again!! Not acceptable. Clean your laundromat !!!

Overall, they could do better ~ very cold inside, no working bathrooms, weak dryers, broken machines, and worst of all unfriendly signs. Is an effort to deter homeless from washing their clothes? Providing free days for homeless to wash their clothes like many other laundromats do, might help everyone, rather than making it more difficult.

Can't say enough great things about this laundromat! It was very clean and there were plenty of machines available. I brought my large 9x12 Ruggable rug in to be washed and dried - the owner was extremely helpful and offered to do it for me so I didn't have to wait around. He took great care of it and made sure it was completely dry before letting me take it home. He even helped me fold it once it was done!Such a pleasant experience - highly recommend coming here!
