The room had an unpleasant smell. It was chilly, and the heater took a while to warm it up. The bathroom door lock was broken. During our two-night stay, both mornings were disrupted by a very loud alarm.

It's a 2-star hotel next to the highway. The rooms are okay, and the beds are nothing special. The walls and windows are incredibly thin though, so you will hear everything from people walking by, talking next door, and the sound of cars on the 101. If you're looking for a quick place to crash for the night and noise doesn't bother you, then this place will do the job for the price. Otherwise, I'd recommend look elsewhere

Room Smelled of cigarette smoke even though it says no smoking. the Bath wouldnt fill up. nasty hair on the floor.almost didn't let me stay because of some stupid policy.I tried to have another stay with them and see if they would make another exception because all of my up to date identification was stolen from me. the manager said he would not make another exception. I understand the need to adhere to policy but when someone is in need it's humane to make exceptions. place isn't even that great and I didn't report any of what I mentioned above before because I was grateful for the exception, staff is too rigid.

Convenient location, easy parking. For the rest probably one of the least comfortable room I was in but I guess expected for the price in Malibu. Although as it was not cheap I would recommend to stay some place else.

I'm currently a guest in the Calabasas Good Nite Inn. We're relocating to the family friendly Southern California area, and wanted a central location while looking at potential housing. My twelve year old son walked the less than 100 feet from our room; to the front office, to get me a coffee this morning. This evening at 7pm he again walked to the front office to inquire where the microwave was to heat up a snack. He was told by the GM that this was his second time walking around alone and it was not permitted. I walked to the office and personally inquired about this hotel policy - that I cannot find in writing online. I also asked if my son was rude in any manner. I was told my son was not rude, and it was hotel policy he not walk around without an adult. If I did not abide I would be asked to leave the hotel this evening. As I was leaving the office another young male child ran by me across the hotel courtyard unattended. I will be filling a formal complaint. My child is able to leave the room and walk to the office. Furthermore, from my room there is a direct view to the office door. My preteen son was not running or aimlessly walking the premises; he had an intention both instances.

For the price, it's a great choice. As long as you don't plan to stay too long and don't plan to stay inside much. If you need a place to crash for a night while visiting LA, this one is in a great location. Also the service is really great too. We called them to ask about a missing bag after we had checked out and they worked hard to find it in the room.

Marriage rings stolenMy wife and I did a weekend vacation to celebrate our ten year Anniversary. We did our first stop here. Front desk was nice both at check in and check. However, on our way to Palm Springs my wife noticed she had removed her rings to wash our baby’s bottles and left them near the sink. We called the hotel and through we could pick them up the next day. They were not found. We are celebrating our ten year anniversary while losing our 10-year ring. It is sad, disappointing and cannot imagine how someone could take the rings and not return them. They have so much value and now, I stead of enjoying our time together we are figuring how to file a police report.

Hotels app had good reviews on this place so we decided to say here. The rooms are a 4/10 on cleanliness. The walls have random stuff splattered on them. The corners of the bathroom have like trash and random crumbs. The sheets and blankets felt weird. I understand it's not a 5 star hotel but it could at least be cleaner. NowLet's get to check in. Alejandro was so rude andNot helpful at all. My check in name had my maiden name and my id showed my new last name. He would not let us check in and we were in a rush to attend a wedding. I told him my debit card even matches the name on my booking and my name is spelled unique. He was like too bad change it and wait for the system to update your name. This is the first time I've ever ran into this problem. In the hotel industry you're supposed to have hospitality and be nice. He was so rude and luckily his coworker checked us in. Never ever coming back ...just book elsewhere. It definitely gives sketchy vibes

Enjoyed my 2-night weekend stay here! Great pricing! Great staff at the front desk! & just enough space! The area is beautiful and so close to everything, 15 minutes to the beach, 15 minutes to enjoy yourself in Thousand Oaks, and much more. Also, since I travel with my ADA Service Animal, the area nearby had several trails and pet friendly areas to walk your animal. 10/10 and would return when visiting the area again!

Well kept, clean, and a great value launching point for the beaches or local hiking. Minimal amenities but the AC works great and the shower was plenty hot. Starbucks and Albertsons is a 5 min walk and we were on the beach 30 minutes

This place was disgusting. Room was not ready when I arrived. The staff had to go "check" the room to see if it was ready and I arrived at 6-6:30. Staff told one another "a lot of rooms were still dirty". Photos speak for themselves but if I can give this place zero stars I would. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Smelled like cigarettes and carpets seemed like that have not been cleaned in god knows how long. So gross !

This hotel is a hidden little gem all nestled in this beautiful community.... Nice fresh comfy bed, pillows, pool, guest and mgmt is OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for letting us stop there and rest our wiry body's, we're shockingly pleased

I wasnt expecting much but this was a great motel at reasonable price(under$100). Clean, comfortable bed, bath and shower, good wifi and tv. Walking distamce to Starbucjs and restaurants. Thumbs up on this one
