The room had an unpleasant smell. It was chilly, and the heater took a while to warm it up. The bathroom door lock was broken. During our two-night stay, both mornings were disrupted by a very loud alarm.

Convenient location, easy parking. For the rest probably one of the least comfortable room I was in but I guess expected for the price in Malibu. Although as it was not cheap I would recommend to stay some place else.

Just what is needed. Nothing more. Excellent front desk / service. Right off the freeway. Good if you need a break from driving.
