Terrible communication skills. The owner got me an appointment at 2:15 but failed to tell me that she had another appointment at 2:20. However, she had proceeded to tell me that she had time to be able to do my hair today before my event. Her failure to communicate properly and along with the matter of her other customer who was a teenager, being extremely rude to me, shows me that her salon is filled with toxic people.AVOID this salon at all cost. Over priced and not worth the headache and frustration.

The stylist did an awesome job on both of my twin daughters super curly hair..the blow dry has lasted over a week even in the rain no frizz detected.

Great results! I needed my hair done for a wedding and for a reasonable price and only 30 mins I got a high quality blow out with waves. I would definitely come back!

The absolute most amazing service, professionalism and care possible. Since Covid, so many salons or estheticians and hairdressers have gone out of business. But this fabulous hairdresser is going strong, which is a great testament to her skills and sweet nature. I do have very complicated color...I do highlights, lowlights and cuts and my color is hard to get right. Some people are wiz kids at cut but color is more challenging...it's not an exact science. Lots of things have to be taken in to account to get it right...skin health, oily, dry, medications or pregnancy, even the weather. Gloria knows all this and she cares enough to ask. She is consistently fantastic and cares enough to remember her client's preferences and needs. I.e. if you said last time you want to go lighter or darker for the season (fall/summer)...SHE REMEMBERS!! Her cuts are beautiful and she is so nice too. I cannot recommend her more highly. SPECIAL NOTE: she is very busy!!! Her regulars know to book their next service at the same time they pay for the current one!! (I book 4-6 weeks in advance to get the time and date I want. She will do her best to accommodate last min needs...but best to prebook so as not to be disappointed. Easy to find location that is perfectly situated right next to Bristol Farms in Calabasas.

I love your new studio SUITE # 2 at 23361 Mulholland Drive in Calabasas it's so beautiful. I will definitely send all my family and friends to you.
