If I could give 0 stars I would. My horrible experience with them is on par with the poor customer service that they have. Do yourself a favor and save the disappointment and heartache dealing with them.Edit to response: stop lying to make yourself look good. I reached out for assistance and was provided with nothing. You guys are a joke

Ordered the wrong size by accident and emailed them immediately asking to for a refund and since they took 7 hours to reply the order already processed. If the customer service is as bad online as it is, I can’t imagine what it’s like in a brick and mortar store.

Excellent products at great prices. Their customer service team is also very nice and incredibly helpful -note to everyone though if you ever get a wrong size or a messed up shoe or whatever- start your email off nicely and use your pleases and thank you’s. they can go a long way when dealing with any customer service issues you might encounter - my experience was perfect and I’ll continue buying from Feature

Feature provided me with great customer service! I bought a kidsuper suit on sale for my wedding next year. The stitching on the pants design had some minor defects. I reached out to them and they were incredibly accommodating. I asked to swap out the pants, but unfortunately it was the last size in stock. They offered me a full refund with free shipping. I still plan on wearing the suit. I'm going to find someone local to fix the stitching fixed, but because I didn't want the full refund, they gave me a 15% refund for my troubles. I was very pleased with my service and will continue to support their business! 10/10 experience and they have great deals!

No company or person is perfect. It's how things are handled when there is a mistake that makes me a loyal customer. 99% of the time, I have had great interactions with Feature, and on the one time they made a mistake, they quickly owned it, provided a quick solution, and ensured I was happy with the result. I couldn't ask for anything more, I will definitely be a customer again!!

***BUYERS BEWARE***Sunglasses were purchased with "FEATURE" and was sent used sunglasses with fingerprints on both lenses and a disgusting oily frame. I tried to return them as I purchased new sunglasses not previously owned glasses. Here's the response received after multiple reimbursement efforts.. "Due to the minimal to no damage on your item, we would only be able to issue you a 10% refund on your item. Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns." Take your business elsewhere unless you're a gambler and willing to risk getting a used item which you will not be reimbursed if you attempt a return. Simply bad business practice. There's a reason why these guys have a low rating. Consider yourself warned. RE: Order F-902954

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter, and somehow two shoes were selected. When I tried to remove one shoe (qty 2 of the same shoe), before confirming the order, it processed and charged my bank account for two of the same shoe when I only ordered one. I emailed and was told no refunds or cancellations could be made according to the terms and conditions. I also read store credit was an option. So I replied that I was willing to take store credit, as the second shoe was ordered in error. I have not heard anything back. I ordered the shoes for back to school and now my daughter may not get the shoes she wanted. This store is not a good business. I at this point just want a refund. The customer service skills and care for the customer is non existent. I will be contacting Nike as well, as it shows that is their vendor.

Purchased a pair of sneakers realized 2 days later I never received a confirmation. Came back to the site and seen the reviews about shipping time and was nervous because I purchased for an upcoming trip. Emailed to cancel the order and moments after my email they sent a pre shipment label tracking number to me just so they can tell me it can’t be canceled it because the tracking has been provide and insisted on it being ship already. When I can clearly see it has not been shipped. I don’t understand why the lack of integrity and sincerity with customer service…. I work in customer service with shipping and I know the order can be canceled. What would have made this process sincere is if a date would have been provided for delivery like most companies selling the kinds of merchandise you are selling… This experience was trash!

My daughter is 11 years old and I always find her a pair or two at the store. She also helps me with my son's shoes, sweatshirts and so on.I have a girl name Jaden help me most of the time she's amazing very helpful.

I should have went to yelp first prior to placing an order from this entity. The reviews about this company is 100% correct. They are slow at processing online orders. I'm not even sure if they're going to ship my orders, to be honest. Its been three weeks and I still haven't gotten any notification from them. Seriously, stay away from this business!!Update: I finally received my items after bugging them for one month. Bottom line: AVOID PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST! TRUST, YOU WILL REGRET IT. PEOPLE ARE NOT LYING ABOUT THIS PLACE
