First time ever shopping at this store. 6/12/24 in the afternoon. Our experience here was not as expected. First time I felt profiled while shopping in a store. There was a Hispanic female working who was wearing a green LA hat who was judgmental. To say least we weren’t even greeted when we walked in. The store had no customers.
After purchasing shoes and apparel, My partner and I both left leaving the store feeling very uncomfortable about our experience shopping here.

Me and my friends were shopping for cologne and while we were smelling the various scents, the Hispanic lady working had the audacity to tell a fellow employee to keep an eye on us within earshot for no reason. As we smelled the scents this short white guy was blatantly staring and standing right behind us the whole time.We were not being a nuisance and we're respectful of fellow customers and the merchandise. Don't shop here this store racially profiles it's customers

Trash shop, they selected a normal style of Air Foamposite One into the draw and cheated me $276.

These employees need a refresher on how to be more welcoming. You have a white male along with blonde female and short female, employees, who clearly don’t have manners or a face for customer service. They will judge you based off how you look or your opinion of things in the store. They don’t hide their face of jealousy and hate. Immature and toxic work environment is what it looks like to me DO BETTER KIDS. Gossiping and clearly talking about customers while they are around. What kind of people is this place hiring?

If I could give 0 stars I would. My horrible experience with them is on par with the poor customer service that they have. Do yourself a favor and save the disappointment and heartache dealing with them.Edit to response: stop lying to make yourself look good. I reached out for assistance and was provided with nothing. You guys are a joke

Ordered the wrong size by accident and emailed them immediately asking to for a refund and since they took 7 hours to reply the order already processed. If the customer service is as bad online as it is, I can’t imagine what it’s like in a brick and mortar store.

Excellent products at great prices. Their customer service team is also very nice and incredibly helpful -note to everyone though if you ever get a wrong size or a messed up shoe or whatever- start your email off nicely and use your pleases and thank you’s. they can go a long way when dealing with any customer service issues you might encounter - my experience was perfect and I’ll continue buying from Feature
