This place is incredible.
In the past, I had always used CVS and Walgreens, but dear lord... I just could not take it anymore - the being put on an endless hold, the angry staff, the robocalls telling me my prescription was ready, only to drive down and find out that they don't have it. Don't get me wrong, working for a giant corporate behemoth must be soul crushing, and I definitely have sympathy for the pharmacists at those places, and it bums me out when I see them chastised by some inept rich lady in flip flops, but man, CVS just became too dehumanizing an experience for me to partake in anymore.
So I finally gave Dr. Pharmacy Rx a chance and have stuck with them ever since. They always pick up the phone, and they always call me back, and if there is any issue whatsoever, they figure it out. I cannot recommend this place enough. They make you a believer in independent business.

It really is a shame. I wanted to like them. But after they decided to reach out to my doctor without my consent, and then call all my other doctors at the same time, it was definitely an attack to ask about anything that is no one of their personal business of why I have. Certain medication. I felt abused and treated like someone trying to game the system. It's hard to sleep when you know there's a pharmacist out for you. Calling every doctor you work with? Unbelievable.It's up to you. But I just didn't appreciated the throwing in purgatory for days feeling they gave me (without even asking my permission to call everyone in the world about me!!! The doctor and their families? I call this a tenacious place that is "ruining peoples lives on a carousel experience" without the patient being involved anymore. So sad. It would have a nice place to go to since it was close. Now I've chosen another pharmacy no problems. What a shame.

So glad this place opened up! The Pharmacists are so kind and friendly. They really go the extra mile to take care of their customers. I don't normally write reviews...but felt compelled to given their superior service for months now!

Decided to try out a small pharmacy after dealing with the nightmare that is CVS for years. No regrets - it's a night and day difference. So much faster, easier, friendlier. Do yourself a favor!

My wife usually gets all of our prescriptions, but the times I have visited here have been a great experience. It is really never fun to pick up prescriptions, but this place makes it fast, convenient Harry and Jack are always super helpful and extremely courteous. This is like one of those places where they get to know you and call you by name! An extraordinary approach to customer service that you just do not see much anymore with businesses. I would rate this place 10 stars if I could!

Top class company, and second to none. They are very professional and trustworthy. They are taking all precautions necessary during this time of need and ensuring all patient safety by providing all protective equipment. The employees that attend to the telephone are so kind and helpful, they really do care about helping in anyway they can. The pharmacist are always prompt and again very helpful, keep up the excellent service, you have my loyalty for many years to come.

Who goes out looking to rate pharmacies? After enduring covid-19 frenzy and visiting multiple pharmacies recently, I can attest how hard the pharmacists are also working to keep every one safe and healthy. It's not easy and it's certainly under appreciated.They make go out of their way to provide excellent service. The pharmacist and staff are very professional and friendly. They are so attentive to detail and provide me with proper education even if it maybe repetitive at times. Thank you for all the you do!

Absolutely love the staff ! I’m always greeted with a smile by the staff , when I come here to pick up my prescriptions and the staff is always so courteous and pleasant on the the phone, if I need any assistance. Service has always been more than efficient, prompt and actually, a few times, I’ve needed my prescription ASAP, and they’ve been more than helpful to speed up the process and deliver to me on time

Phenomenal staff, great variety of OTC meds and supplies and I love that they can fill all of your regular and specialty prescription needs as well. My absolute favorite pharmacy! They know me here by name and have consistently delivered stellar service and never fail to act in my best interest and the best interest of my health with my prescriptions along with providing me with advice on those prescriptions!
