Whatever you do, don't bank here. When they make a mistake you will pay the price. They do not follow-up emails, they will not put anything in writing, and will not leave you a detailed message. Do not allow your elderly friends and family to bank here they prey on them. They like it when you give them your money but not when you have to take it out. Yes, they are rude, and you have to chase them to get what you are entitled to get YOUR MONEY!

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, whether when asking questions about options, opening a business account, adding an authorized user to the account, or today, when inquiring about opening a credit card. Sherrie helped me with the last two, and when I called today she was kind enough to remember that the last time we spoke I was headed into major surgery and inquire about my sister’s wellbeing (it was her I added to the account fearing the worst.) She then stayed on the phone with me while Chase answered my questions. As far as banks and credit cards go I’ve had good experience with Chase the last 9 years and find myself shifting towards more of their products over time. I have an appointment with them tomorrow and look forward to seeing everyone’s kind faces. It’s a nice quiet branch in a nice quiet part of town. I feel lucky it’s the one closest to where I reside.

One of my favorite banks. From branch manager to every staff member, they are extremely friendly and helpful.

As a long standing Chase Privat Client with various business accounts opened at this branch I was extremely dissatisfied with the team when I turned to them for help when a chase auto loan payment was reported late incorrectly, causing a huge problem with a real estate transaction. At first I was told by Sheri Shahrzad “we will take care of this and the late report will be removed in three weeks” , based on which I got escrow to delay the closing for three weeks ( which was not easy). Then today - at the three week mark- I get a call from Chase Auto denying the decision to remove the late reporting. Clearly this is highly professional. I contacted the branch manager Tony Sanchez and hope I can update this negative review soon.

I'm a client with the Chase Private Client division at Chase, and I am reporting professional misconduct displayed by the Chase Bank, Calabasas (on Mulholland). Names of the Branch representatives that displayed misconduct: Tony Sanchez (branch manager), Sherri Shahrazad (banker). The Chase Auto loan was reported incorrectly in my credit report, which I disputed, providing proof of payment and other facts to Chase Auto and Chase Calabasas. Chase Calabasas acknowledged that Chase made a mistake and informed me they would contact Chase Auto to have them correct the reporting. They also informed me a few days later that Chase Auto agreed to do so. Two weeks later, Chase Auto called me denying the correction. The unprofessional misconduct displayed by Tony Sanchez and Sherri Shahrazad caused damages of $180,000 because of a real estate transaction that was impacted by the incorrect report. These are the professionals we trust with our money. Clearly, they are not trustworthy at all.

I’m a lifelong Chase customer. I’m calling this location out because they won’t even allow customers to use their very obviously labeled Men/Women restrooms. I will never understand other humans denying other humans the ability to quickly use the restroom. It’s a human function. Will not return to this branch.

Worse chase bank I've ever been to. It's right next door to my therapist tho, so I go there a couple times a month to withdraw cash because the location is just so convenient. However, while the lines are not long per se, they take sooooooo LONG on each person, it's unbelievable. And then they will have like 5 employees standing around doing NOTHING while people are waiting and only one person at a time is being helped at ONE register. I saw an older man ask for the manager but of course that king of incompetence is nowhere to be found. It's like my little tiny brain can't understand how such simple transactions can take them so long. STAY AWAY!! (Unless you need to go to Gelsons next door or something and the location is just too convenient.)

Beware of using Chase bank generally they do not have a fraud protection plan, if someone write themselves a check using your checkbook and you call on a weekend and they deposit the check on a Saturday you will lose your money I lost $30,000 due to this stupid policy they have in place, beware they do not protect your money this institution is a scam and a dangerous place to store your money I will be closing my accounts and warning the people of America do be aware you can lose a lot of money with this bank so be careful.

I am appalled at what happened to me and my Mom Today at this branch. I hope corporate reads this. We are Private Clients and needed to get a notary done today and had a appointment with Tony. He is a branch manager of another branch filling in at this branch. He sat down and we had 4 signatures to do. He started asking my mom either she wanted a signature or document review-which no one has been asked us. My father passed 2 years ago and have been doing all our notaries at this branch so we know the protocol. My parents have been banking with Chase for over 40 years as well. He said that I couldn't talk to my mom in our language. I find this very offensive- I have never been insulted in this way in my life. I have never been greatly prejudiced against like this in my life....almost like he was angry for us not being his race....and having lots of money perhaps....he was not at all professional and he was abusing his power. He was trying to prove a point that I can tell you not to speak and refusing to do our notary. He needs to be taught to have people skills...as much as it takes money skills to move up the ladder...one should not be a manager if they can not communicate on a human level.....I am shook up and livid at the poor customer service-too bad he doesn't realize he is in Calabasas and he needs to know he's dealing with lots of foreigners with money in this zip code-and to get over his shortcomings. Regardless, we will get our notary done either way at a Chase branch somewhere else. I suggest another Manager to be sent to this location as soon as possible.

The most useful thing at this branch is the ATM. Other the the private banker, the staff is unhelpful and rude. I sat waiting for 20 minutes to be helped (I wanted to open an account) and the first acknowledgement of my existence was being told that the bank was closing in 20 minutes and that my needs would take too long. Two tellers (not helping anyone) and one private banker and the best either of the free resources could do was tell me 20 minutes in that I couldn't be helped. Seriously, imagine your WORST McDonald's experience and then go lower. If you need a Chase bank in area you'd be better served to go to Calabasas Road. This branch is effectively an ATM ONLY destination and should probably be shut down.

I have been banking with this branch since before it even opened - while it was inside of the neighboring Gelson's. I have always found everyone to be very helpful and pleasant. Until today. The attitude of the "teller" was of pure entitlement and arrogance. It was clear when I walked up that I was bothering her to look up from her screen. No smile. No hello. Previously when using Humans vs. The Machine, the tellers have 100% of the time filled out the deposit form for me; this time she handed it to me with the additional notation that there was an island where this should have been filled out. (insert some calm but surprised back and forth here) The attitude of schooling me on how banks work continued through to the completion of the interaction with pushing my cash across the counter to me with the words, "here you are." Pregnant pause. I looked at her and said, "You are welcome." "Excuse me?" "I said 'You're welcome' because really I didn't hear a 'thank you for your business' at the end of our transaction." She looked at me and said "Our business here is done. You can leave. I am not going to sit here and listen to you." Needless to say, my reaction escalted from there. This is without question the worst experience I have had in ANY bank for ANY reason from ANY one. I would have given it only one star if I hadn't had many good experiences previously. Hopefully, this very young person will find a job better suited to her ungracious personality.

First off this branch is NOT located inside the Gelson's, it is a free standing branch. Second, I went here once when visiting a friend who lives in the area. I went simply to get some quarters. I got three rolls. I almost asked for different ones when two of the three appeared to be rolled by a customer. Unfortunately I did not and when I got back I realized that several of the quarters were actually nickels!!!! Even in the one roll that wasn't customer rolled. I called the customer service line and they had me file a claim. They promised a call back within 48 hours and a month later still NOTHING! Stay away from any and all Chase branches, but this one will literally nickel and "quarter" you!
