Love the clothes here for my daughter and for gifts! I live in NY and they are super kind and helpful over the phone or through Instagram messenger if I have any questions. Received gift for my newborn granddaughter which I mailed to her when she was close to a month. The item does not fit. My children are coming to visit and I asked if they could bring it to exchange. The manager said no, passed 14 days. The baby is under 2 months so it isn't like she has had it long. Very inflexible, not a place to buy a gift.
